Had the best experience here that I’ve had with any garage! Had my car in for a service at a much better price than the manufacturers dealership. They kept me updated throughout the day with phone calls and fixed the issues found without hesitation. When I went to pick up my car the gentleman educated me on some of the issues and why they came about. Would highly recommend both for price and customer service! I won’t go anywhere else now.

From start to finish, my experience with using Five Star was brilliant. They got me booked in very quickly over the Xmas period, and kept in touch throughout the day letting me know how things were progressing. My car was ready very quickly, and had even been washed and cleaned. The staff are very attentive and knowledgeable - this was my first time using them and I’ll be a returning customer from now on.

Absolutely amazing service all round. Picked up this garage on a Google search after our Renault car was sitting in an official Renault garage for over a week and they did nothing with it. We gave them a call and had a call back from Emma who from very reassuring. They got us an appointment for the Monday and fixed it the same day, updated us throughout. They also discovered and fixed a few other issues which the main dealer had missed on a full service only a few months earlier. Highly recommend this garage. Brilliant service from start to finish. Emma and Nikita make the booking process so easy and everything is transparent. Would highly recommend as very courteous and professional, and above all thorough. Felt very confident leaving my car there.

Great service, really friendly staff! Got the work done at a reasonable price. The bonus was how clean my car was both inside and out! They did a better job than the main dealer.
