Couldn't be any happier. Resolved knocking problem fitting new anti-roll bar links and two new front tires, balanced etc. Literally took 2 hours to diagnose, obtain the parts and do all the work. Not to be too dramatic but the car feels like brand new to drive. All the guys are friendly and helpful despite looking to be very busy. The efficiency and expertise is like night and day from the experiences we've had with main dealers. I wish, when we had our VW, we'd have taken it here instead.

I'll add a few more details when the work is complete, but for now, I'll say that Impact Bodyshop is a professional outfit. I met with Richard today, who was courteous, professional, and asjed some questions about the kind of work that needed doing. I need to have the front bumper posstic welded and fibre glassed to restore its kook and robustness. Also to realign the gaps and fit a front lip spoiler. I was quoted a fairly reasonable price (£350) and will update this review after the work is done to showcase the final results. The current pics are the before status. Update at 17th Feb: Left the car overnight as agreed and picked it up earlier than expected. The team has done a sterling job. The worl is professional and it was cleaned before returning to me. Will definitely keep them in mind for future work

Had my 2012 Panamera Turbo S repaired by Impact and couldn't be happier with their service. The front bumper needed replacing and the paint job is indistinguishable from the rest of the car. I can also vouch for their honesty, the headlight that Porsche sent was the wrong one & cost around £1500 less than the correct one, however Porsche said that because it was their mistake sending the wrong part there would be no extra charge for the correct headlight. Impact could have easily told me it was the full price but were completely transparent about it and saved me £1500 where they could have easily lied about it and pocketed the extra money. The car was immaculately clean when I picked it up, everyone I dealt with was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, can't recommend them enough. Hopefully no more walls jump out at me but I'll definitely be using them if they do.

Thought I needed a new exhaust, Danny was able to weld it for a fraction of the cost. Very honest and straight, which I appreciated massively. I'll be booking the wife's car in for an MOT with them off the back my experience. Would definitely recommend 👌🏼

Steve is a proper savvy old school mechanic, always honest, trustworthy and helpful. Not one of these that keeps his hands clean while lackeys do the work, he is always busy himself grafting and has got lots of knowledge. I have tatty 20yr old BMWs and things always go wrong, but I trust Steve to know his stuff, fit me in to his busy schedule and sort out any issues. Tracey in reception is great too, really organised and friendly. Work done is always of a good standard, and I've had lots done here and never been ripped off or treated like an idiot (even when i rounded a nut on my window reg and Steve had to sort!). How busy they always are is evidence of how good they are. Thanks for everything folks, sure I'll see you again soon!

Great service. I called James and he came straight out to look at my problem (needed a new wing mirror). He sourced the part second hand and collected and fitted whilst I was at work. Also came back next day to replace a headlight bulb. Highly recommended and will use again.

James is absolutely brilliant! What a life saver! My car was flashing and beeping lights on dashboard at me the night before I was going on holiday!!!! I rang James the next morning and he totally saved the day!! On a SUNDAY, he came to pick up my car and fixed it all whilst I was away!!! I can't recommend him enough!!! What a great guy! After my car broke down The AA advised I needed a new starter motor . They advised finding a local mechanic as the car may not start . I found JNH on Google and was impressed by the reviews. After an initial phone call James came the same day to diagnose the problem .He was friendly and knowledgeable and I felt I was in safe hands . He sent a quote and obtained the part and my car was up and running the next day. Absolutely fantastic service. Professional and reliable mechanic. I would highly recommend this business.

James was brilliant, car had been diagnosed with a sticky hydraulic lifter, been to a couple of other garages and was quoted £650 + but they weren't really interested in the job, "James said bring it down and I will have a look, half hour later job done ( Loose upper timing chain guide) £50 Brilliant.

I found this garage using Autobutler. The local main dealer had quoted nearly £500 to replace the timing belt and water pump. Summerfield was nearly half that price. They were very professional and friendly and did a great job. They provided a free courtesy car. Highly recommended

Popped in here as my engine started smoking due to a coolant leak. The staff were very helpful and had a look for me though unfortunately we couldn’t find the leak and I had to continue on to Liverpool but they gave me a bottle of water and reassured me that if I kept checking it, it should be okay. I had a great experience with the people at Hillside. They were kind and efficient. My sunroof drainage pipes were blocked and they quickly fixed the issue. They thoroughly explained issues it may have caused to my flooring and gave advice to prevent further problems. It was nice they didn't just put a plaster over it and hope I return with future car issues. Will return to them in the future and will recommend to others.

An absolute gem of a place. Bought my latest Volvo from here and the whole experience was a joy. Since my purchase I've taken my car here for it's services and any other maintenance where necessary and the rates are extremely competitive. The Xc90 we bought has taken our family all over the country faultlessly I posted a few pictures because Google asked me too.
