It’s been less than a year now, that I’ve been using this garage, yet I seem to have taken them many mysteries to solve, but Phil and Paul, are always kind, polite, honest, and a pleasure to deal with. I have never had to wait, and they always drop everything, in order to be of service. In my long life, I have never come across a garage like this, and I believe I never will in the future. I saw a scathing review from 3 months ago, and I can only assume that the young author of it, was in a state, due to her car’s breakdown, feared the potential costs, and was paranoid that she might be ripped of! However, I can assure her, and anyone who reads this, that this is not in Talbot’s DNA, and I will gladly stake my reputation on their integrity!

Not long moved to the area and had reason to call in with a part of our car now dragging on the road. Borders helped us out at short notice, could have charged the earth but didn't - incredibly friendly and low price - subsequently booked in our car for an MOT and Service. The mechanics at Border Garage are top class. They diagnosed a mysterious air leak into my fuel system on my van and managed to rectify the issue. The initial signs pointed to new injectors, however they were thorough and got to the real source of the problem which was some dodgy pipework. I would highly recommend Border Garage for any repairs and maintenance.

Great reliable service from pantbach Automotive. Have been a couple of times for MOTs / repairs and each time the service has been great. Last visit I had an abs warning and the guys found the issue, fixed the problem and also repaired an annoying engine rattle as well as completing an MOT all in one go. Great value and will definitely carry on using this garage. Recommended!

Took my car for an MOT and it couldn't have been better. Had a bit of footie banter with the technician when I arrived, he took my car in straight away and 30 mins later I had my keys and my certificate. An advisory was explained to me and I was offered a service at a very decent price for a later date. Perfect service all round.

I was really pleased with the repair work done to my car's bodywork. Took our a nasty dent and scratch (done by a passing lorry) and the paint work looked like new. Lovely job. Really pleasant guys to deal with, who were very helpful, and professional. I would certainly recommend to anyone.

Having moved to Whitchurch, we tried Blackhurst Garage for our 2nd car. (Our main car is tied in to a service plan at a main dealership in Shrewsbury) The service is excellent. Has that family feel to the business rather than a big corporate feel. When I was in at 08:30 on Tuesday a few customers turned up at once so there was very small queue. Some one extra who I assume was a manager came out the office and also checked customers in. The staff at the front desk are super helpful. Our car has been seen twice in a few weeks. It was washed for us free of charge on the last occasion even through we insisted on paying they wouldn’t take payment. I’ve not enquired as to wether they do service plans here but would really love our main car to be serviced here to.

Been with them for quite a number of years and from day one they have always been helpful, friendly and supportive. I have a motorbility car which they look after with everything the car needs and it always comes back spotless after they have given it a good wash. Nothing is too much trouble for them, thank you to all the staff at Blackhurst.
