Jo who sold me the car wasn’t at all pushy and just let’s you make the decision in your own time and gives you all the details you need. Did everything to ensure that I was happy and knew everything about the car before I bought the car. They gave me a very fair evaluation on my car and I couldn’t be happier with the car I got from them. Couldn’t recommend two nicer people who run the company to help you find your dream car! Visited yesterday. We were looking to straight sell our Evoque which had warning lights on. The owner explained very politely that he wasn't interested and why. He then went above and beyond. Looked over our car, gave us advice on how to replace a couple of parts much cheaper than we had been quoted. He even took photos and a video to see if he could help us sell it. We took his advice on trying a place nearby and sold the car (for more than we had hoped!) Within an hour. Unfortunately Lonsdale didn't have a car we wanted but in future he will definitely be my first call. Genuine, honest, lovely guy. Would highly recommend to anyone.
