I tried replacing my lower control arm by myself using a Haynes manual but then had an issue getting everything reassembled. I decided it was then time to reach out to an actual mechanic and found Naz online because of his many reviews. After explaining the situation to him he offered to come and help me reassemble everything for a reasonable price. His communication was great and he reached in the time he said he would.

Fantastic mechanic! Very professional, quick, and transparent. He came round to have a look at my car before sending it into the shop as I wanted to ensure that the repairs would not be more extensive than anticipated. Unfortunately, it did need one more part than planned but he kept me in the loop and called before making the additional repairs, and also shared a video showing the damaged part versus the replacement. Above and beyond the expected service, will definitely use again!

I don't usually write reviews but on this occasion i have to speak as i find. Mr Naz is a very friendly mechanic and knows his stuff.if he cannot do the job quickly he knows somebody who can to a good standard. Other garages could not sort out my ABS problem but Mr Naz did very nice guy👌 .

Called Naz to ask him to check my car for a potential clutch fault. Naz kindly came to my house the next morning, advised me that yes the clutch would need replacing, but he also advised me that it sounded like there could be a fault with the engine timing. I have only recently purchased the car and Naz advised me to return the car to the dealer. Naz gave his time and expertise for free and I would happily recommend him.

Got a front wheel alignment done here and my car drives and steers perfectly now.

Had the rear of my car badly damaged when parked up overnight by a 'lovely' person who just drove away. Luckily I found Ali's Car Service who came to the rescue. The quality of the work he did on my car is exceptional and the cost for the work was very competitive. The rear of the car is like new again. I have no hesitation in recommending Ali's Car Service to anyone who requires a trusting and competent garage. Book early though as this garage is very busy and I can see why.

Can’t recommend enough. I’ve forgotten his name but polish guy was so helpful - I had a diagnostic report quoting so many problems from another garage and expensive repairs for my heating. He checked and advised what needs fixing even showed me how he’d fix it and why the cost is lower than I’d been quoted elsewhere (I don’t know cars so was just so nice for him to take the time to do that) car was fixed and I’ve had no issues with heating since. V grateful to have found this place would definitely come again. Owner was lovely too who worked on my car when I booked it in. Trustworthy and great job!

These guys are great! I used Fallsbrook for the first time recently for a MoT and they were so efficient I decided to try them for a service. Professional, courteous, and good value (if there's ever such a thing with servicing a car..). Their online estimate feature is very good and helps you understand and select exactly what you need done. Service advisor Jason and engineer James were great. Highly recommended.

I've been with this garage for 8 years now and highly recommend their services! The team is very polite and patient when explaining what repairs need to be done. I am always advised on when work on the car is necessary, when it could wait, and on occasion was straight up advised against some ideas as not needed. This makes me feel that I am dealing with honest people who are not taking advantage of my lack of knowledge. On top of that their pricing is transparent, and work is always done with prior agreement. I usually book well in advance, but when I had to pop round on the same day with a mini emergency - I was attended to on the spot. Lovely people and very professional. Highly recommend!

I asked this time for sideboards to be fitted to my Hyundai tuscon 2019 . A good price was quoted , date decided and communication was excellent & arrived on time with a smile and worked without complaint on a very cold , hazy rainy morning . Great service. Ordered my tyre online on Sunday for fitting on Tuesday. No payment up front needed. Arrived at about 8.15am and was back on the road by 8.30. They even checked the tyre pressure on the other 3 wheels. Great value, my Bridgestone was nearly £30 cheaper here compared to Kwik Fit. Absolutely recommend!

This is a great company. I really suggest if you need your car repairing you go here. Unfortunately, a previous garage had damaged my car and refused to fix it. After many calls to garages to help repair my car, they all refused to due to the extensive work needed. This was the only garage that said they would give it a go.
