I cannot thank these guys enough for everything they have done! To cut a long story short, I recently bought an E220, I had a coolant leak, took it to one garage (avoid MB Brent Park at all costs), said they found nothing wrong, coolant light came on again, enquired at BSG Garages which is near where I work and they said to bring it in which I did. They found the leak ten minutes later and showed it to me. How the other garage didn't find that obvious leak (we're talking hoses hanging on by a thread) suggests they never looked at it and just topped it up. BSG ordered the new parts and put the entire system back together but unfortunately the damage was already done internally. Took the car back to the dealer and miraculously the car seemed fine afterwards. Took it back to BSG and they reckon they added K Seal to the system which is preventing the car from overheating. I have a working car for now! Elliot, I'd like to thank you and your team for being incredibly honest and physically showing me the damage, possible options what to do with the car next. Whatever may be wrong with your car, just take it here! You will be in safe hands and the team will look after your car. I will certainly be coming back here for any future works and servicing!

What’s better than a competent and honest garage and mechanics team?! Elliot and the team at BSG sure know about cars: they know cars, they like cars and they drive the cars they like! Walk into the garage and there is more than often a classic car being nurtured, proof of many owners’ trust. BSG have been taking care of my 1999 Audi and 2006 Aston Martin for a few years: they will always try to find a practical, down-to-earth solution to fix small things, servicing and big problems as well, while conscious of keeping costs down on parts and labour. I have seen they respect each car and their owner, they work quickly, prices are competitive for the brilliant quality of the work and you are sure Elliot will treat you nicely, with a smile. You will be in good, confident hands here!

I have a 2003 SL250 that I have owned for the last 10 years which BSG has serviced & maintained over that period. I was warned by all my friends & colleagues that taking on a car of that age would be a complete money pit & hassle even tho’ it was a superb car. BSG have made this a hassle free experience, were real experts in sorting out inevitable problems, which meant generally that all work could be dealt with at the annual service. The car runs far better that the day I bought it & unlike most vehicles has increased in value despite being used almost every day. Special mention to Elliot & Daniel who are both professional & a real pleasure to deal with. I have no hesitation in providing BSG my wholehearted recommendation.

I want to write a more fulsome review of just how good this team is. For the moment, please take it as a given that it'll be hard to find any better. Update 13.01.25 I'm on my fourth AMG variant over the years including ML63 and Ml500 and have tried so many independent MB garages. Nearly all good and familiar names to London MB owners (my current car is a CL500 - and really happy with it. Had the inevitable ABC failure and came close to giving the car away. Took it to BSG under the AA Garage and Parts cover (£500 towards repair) and the patrolman spoke so highly of them I couldn't refuse. Best outcome I could have hoped for. And the best praise for them is that I'll keep the CL500 for life thanks to knowing BSG is there (Apologies for sounding so gushing but never had the chance to thank them in person.)
