Just from looking at the garage you can tell they mean business ! Professional service unbelievable prices and quality to work is unmatched. Had a issue with my Range Rover was told faulty gearbox from other garages when came here to double check it, it was a prop shaft issue which was fixed for £180 compared to being quoted £4k !!!!!!!

I was in a bit of a pickle not much long ago. The alternator of my car decided to let me down on a Sunday afternoon and the AA patrol couldn’t fix my car on-site so asked me where I wanted my car towed to. I moved recently East London and my previous Ford specialist closed down so I asked to a neighbour what mechanic in our area will recommend me and he said HiQ. And that where I told the AA patrol to tow my car to. Sunday evening, left the car (properly parked in their MOT car park) and sent them an email With the situation. Next morning (Monday 8:00) I was there and Amar had already reas my email and prepared an estimation for the repair. Amazing! Unfortunately the first alternator that they fitted was faulty so a second unit had to be ordered and fitted. I spoke directly with Sory, the head of mechanics, and he explained every single detail of what was going on. By Wednesday early afternoon the car was ready. I also asked Amar to re-gas the aircon but although I has the proper pressure, no leaks and compressor working as it should, the aircon didn’t get as cold as it does when it’s been re-gassed. I asked to Amar to double checked and he refunded the aircon re-gas charge. So pleased with the service these guys provided. I recommend HIQ and I will defo use them from now on for MOT, Tyres, (not more alternators needed please…) services… (I am not sure if they can fix anything your car needs in order to pass the MOT if it is really bad..)
