I cannot praise this team enough, I was on a long journey and my t5.1 vw auxiliary belt snapped, no charging and no p.a.s. I limped to cahill and despite having a full work load for the day, they rushed the new belt in and they fixed it immediately, so thankyou for a service that was above and beyond.

We've been taking our vehicles to Automek Services for over 15 years and we have always been looked after extremely well. They are approachable, always polite and cheerful. We have always felt that not only have we been well looked after by them but that no 'unnecessary' work has ever been carried out and they always inform us of what the problem is and give us an estimate before carrying out any work so we don't end up with an unexpectedly massive bill - something which unfortunately doesn't seem to happen with the bigger companies! I confess I didn't even know this garage existed until it was recommended to me by the RAC mechanic. Oh my goodness! I could not be happier with the service I received. It was good old fashioned service. Dave and his team worked above and beyond my expectations. Although it was a Friday, they managed to fit in my car repair, (which wasn't a quick job), at short notice which meant them working beyond closing time. As they said, 'Most people need their car over the weekend so we do our best to ensure they're repaired in time', even if that means they finish late on a Friday. Every team member I met was pleasant and polite and everything they needed to do to my car was fully explained in plain english, (for those of us who are not mechanically minded). I won't be using any other garage in the future. This is the one for me and I have already begun recommending them to my family, friends and colleagues at work, and now I'm recommending them to you, who can find the time to read this

After waiting 19 hours to be recovered by the RAC I opted to use their recommended mechanic in our area. The vehicle was dropped off at 2:30pm and just got delivered to my home at 6:30pm repaired! The guys here went above and beyond with the standard of the repair and dealt directly with my warranty company smoothly. Also recognising my vehicle is my work horse they were keen to get me work ready asap. I couldn't be happier with their standard of work, kindness and punctuality! My only issue is we didn't find these guys sooner!

Absolutely wonderful service. We had a problem with our car as we were passing Dorchester on a journey to the New Forest to visit family. We tried to find a garage open on Saturday afternoon for some help and Martin’s Motors, although technically closed, offered to have a look at our car and help if they could. They managed to sort out our car for us to continue our journey. Absolutely brilliant service, above and beyond, and they saved our weekend. Would recommend without hesitation.

Great service. Yesterday our car battery died. We had just taken my 94 year old uncle to visit his wife in her care home. I rang Maiden Castle garage and in less than 15 minutes a very helpful man arrived, restarted our car and refused all payment. What amazing service! And today we bought a new batter...

What an absolute pleasure. The guys at Maiden Castle came to our rescue when a bolt sheared and a crank pulley fell off our Skoda and although the car needed a new pulley (the old one decided to roll back to Weymouth for fish and chips), the part arrived the next morning and I was able to collect the car just after lunchtime. Extremely fair pricing, professional but totally friendly, helpful people who did a top class job. If I have any more mishaps in Dorset, I know where to call. Brilliant!
