Wanted a tyre replaced. Courteous and friendly reception and done straight away. Fair price for the tyre and all done in 20 minutes.

I have been using ETB Autocentres for 6 years now and they have always provided exceptional service. I have all my repairs and MOT’s done at this garage and they are always giving me advice and going out of their way to help me. I bought a new car recently and they have been advising me which car to buy. They are totally reliable and do their best to squeeze me in if I need an emergency repair. I have no hesitation in recommending them -a friendly fantastic garage.

Our car battery died completely on Friday night outside our holiday caravan; we were able to borrow a charger overnight and phoned ETB on Saturday morning. Very helpful lady confirmed they had the right battery in stock and gave us a 10.30am appointment for it to be fitted that day, (huge relief as they close at 12.30pm on Saturdays). It was done as arranged while we walked the short distance into Bridport, though we could have stayed in the waiting area which looked pleasant. Very efficient service, highly recommended.

I found them to friendly, efficient and knowledgeable . I had a problem with the TPMS sensors in my 2007 car and they resolved it - which I particularly appreciated because other big brand tyre chains have not been able to assist me with these TPMS sensors in the past. The waiting area is comfortable and the toilets are clean. A big well done to Sebastian and his team.
