Excellent service- over and above expectation in that the manager researched availability of a part at home to advise availability and cost of an issue discovered during the service of my car. Service cost very good and work completed within the day- it was a busy day for them so I was thinking it must be popular with others too.

This was my first time using this garage and I am SO impressed. They were extremely quick to fix my urgent problem and explained everything thoroughly. Reasonably priced too. I am so grateful for the help. Highly recommend!

I've come here twice now for my MOT they are always super busy so you know they are in high demand. They are friendly and efficient and don't force work on you as they are so busy they clearly don't need the business. honest and professional and I will continue to attend every year. Nice waiting area and coffee machine too!

Fast and friendly service from all at this garage. Other garages in the area were quoting a week or more to scan and diagnose an engine warning light, these guys did it the same day. Advised on the easy fix and best place to get the parts. Used them ever since. First place to call ever since.

Great place to take your motorcycle for an MOT. Very friendly and obliging staff and a quick phone call prior to turning up and they fitted me in no problem. Free coffee while you wait as well. I would highly recommend them.

I’d recommend Moss Mechanics, because they’re a very reliable and a well established garage . Over time they’ve built themselves a great reputation though their hard work, which speaks volumes. We’ve been using the garage for over 10 years and found Tony a very easy person to approach. He’s very helpful in guiding you with any mechanical problems. We had an issue with our car making an odd noise whilst on holiday, despite them being very busy they still managed to fit us in to take a look. Of course the car naturally decided not to make the noise when they looked at it but they still did plenty of checks, put our minds at ease and didn't charge us for the time. Very friendly, very professional.

Jules, Steve, Matt and the two young chaps are always professional, polite and get the job done without ripping you off. I take all 3 of our cars to them for servicing, MOT's and repairs when needed and they have never let me down. If you want your car repaired with minimum fuss but maximum professionalism use BCRC.

This garage is fantastic. I had a nightmare scenario this morning - engine light flashing on the way to work, loss of power. RAC took 6 hours to come out and couldn’t fix it. Suggested the car would probably be a write off. I called BCRC and they said bring it in straight away (2pm Friday) despite a backlog of work they had on. They fixed the problem in under two hours and charged a very reasonable fee. Incredibly helpful and professional. I will use this garage in future.

Booked and took car in for MOT. Asked if I wanted to wait, which I did, and was done well within timescale. Waiting room feels a safe environment during this pandemic as seats are well spaced and social distanced. Mechanics park car after test and remove covers to assure contact with surfaces have been zero. Car keys are taken from you with a sanitised towel. Anyone worried in this unusual time shouldn't be. Hand sanitiser is available if you don't use your own. Only requirement as standard is a mask. An excellent garage, have used in the past and likely to do so in the future. Definitely worth 5 stars.

My alternator belt snapped around midday while in Burton, started panicking about how to get it fixed as don't live in the area, my gf rang filmers and they managed to order the parts, get my car in and fixed before 5pm the same day. Incredibly happy with the service and the speed of the turn around, would recommend to anybody who needs there car fixed 👍🏼

They fitted 4 tyres for me, via a Black Circles order. I called Filmers to check they had received the (PM) appointment confirmation from BC, they hadn’t! They were good humoured about it (I have also had this issue with BC previously) and after a quick conversation, despite being busy, they offered me a fitting slot at 3pm. All 4 tyres were fitted in under one hour 👍🏻

Really helpful! We were driving by on our way to the isle of wight. We're not from the area and our car was making a grinding noise. We stopped and asked if they could take a look and they did with no issues. Luckily car was fine, but we are very greatful for it being checked. Thank you!

Visited the garage whilst we were in the area on holiday, our car had started making a loud rattling noise when going over bumps and we were concerned about driving it around and getting home. Despite being busy, someone was able to look at the car and find the problem - a loose bolt which was quickly sorted with no charge. Very grateful for the help!

Currently away on holiday . Had abs and awd lights coming up on dash. Tried 4 different garages local in the areas to be turned away . Walked straight to reception and within 5 minutes a lovely chap came out and plugged the car in gave us some information we was after . No charge friendly and helpful. I am very particular with where I send my cars and bikes. I’d never used Fitch before and I can say I am very happy with the service. Quite a big job changing alternator and coolant housing on my C class. Car has come back perfect, issues sorted! As good as the main dealer id say and the car was also washed and is spotless. Hundreds of pounds cheaper than the main dealer too and work was as good if not better. Communication was also spot on! I will certainly use this garage again, hopefully not too soon though lol thanks team A* Dave

Fitch have recently carried out 2 MOT’s, 1 service and a repair for me and have been first class on every occasion. I have been regularly kept up to date via phone and text message/email. From the welcome in reception to the work carried out and the final handover, the whole team are a pleasure to deal with, very pleasant, polite and professional.

I logged an online query with Hollie and it was very efficiently dealt with. Received a quote, slightly cheaper than BMW dealers. They provided a courtesy car. Ellie kept me updated through the morning. There was extras on the work on the day, which did bump up the budget but it's done for a year. Lovely staff and would definitely use again.

The guys at Bridport Tyres were very kind to help me out - though I didn’t have an appointment, when I couldn’t sort out my tyre pressure warning light. Great sense of humour from them - they even managed to make me feel better about the fact I’d let more air out than I’d put in when I tried to do it myself 🤣. Will be going to them from now on.

I have been using ETB Autocentres for 6 years now and they have always provided exceptional service. I have all my repairs and MOT’s done at this garage and they are always giving me advice and going out of their way to help me. I bought a new car recently and they have been advising me which car to buy. They are totally reliable and do their best to squeeze me in if I need an emergency repair. I have no hesitation in recommending them -a friendly fantastic garage.

I found them to friendly, efficient and knowledgeable . I had a problem with the TPMS sensors in my 2007 car and they resolved it - which I particularly appreciated because other big brand tyre chains have not been able to assist me with these TPMS sensors in the past. The waiting area is comfortable and the toilets are clean. A big well done to Sebastian and his team.

Our car battery died completely on Friday night outside our holiday caravan; we were able to borrow a charger overnight and phoned ETB on Saturday morning. Very helpful lady confirmed they had the right battery in stock and gave us a 10.30am appointment for it to be fitted that day, (huge relief as they close at 12.30pm on Saturdays). It was done as arranged while we walked the short distance into Bridport, though we could have stayed in the waiting area which looked pleasant. Very efficient service, highly recommended.
