Despite having to spend several thousand to fix up my BMW I was really impressed with StarTech. Their customer service (especially from Colin on this occasion) is second to none, they really care about their customers (much more than I can say BMW does) and ensure they are kept well informed of the progress with their car and of any new developments as they happen. StarTech don't just swap parts out until a problem is fixed. They have knowledgeable, professional mechanics who perform thorough investigations when you spend a lot of money to determine what the problem is, what the cause is, and check anything else that makes sense to check along the way, they do not take shortcuts or miss things. I was also invited in several times to have a face to face meeting to discuss what's been found, what are the options and also check over evidence, pictures, the actual parts removed and speak to the mechanic directly myself. This makes a huge difference when deciding what to do next. Overall I'm extremely impressed with the service, attention to detail, skill of the workforce and the open communication with me. They were so efficient and had my poorly car fixed within just over 24 hours of dropping off. Fab customer care, price was to be expected due to the enormity of the job and all with a smile. I would highly recommend Stat tech. Everyone I have dealt with has been professional, knowledgable, helpful and friendly . They have always fitted my car in as quickly as possible and I’ve always been pleased with the work carried out. An excellent company with great customer service.

As a BMW owner living in Poole and being very dissatisfied with main dealer service, I looked around for a alternative. A search on Google revealed STAR TECH in Holyrood Close POOLE. I called in to see them and met Colin Nye. I enquired about a service on my i3 that was due in a months time. He outlined what was required after checking the BMW service site which they have access to through your car key. He told me they can do warranty work and only use genuine parts. They also update the online service book. He gave me a reasonable estimate and I booked the car in. The work was carried out today and on collection the car was cleaned and there was no hidden extras the price quoted was the price charged. There is a very large car park, very clean office and waiting room and very friendly professional staff. No more main dealers for me THANKYOU Keith Shortland

Great service and reasonable costs. I had a coolant issue on my BMW X1 which I was unable to resolve on my own. Star Tech provided an expert diagnosis followed by a thorough investigation to isolate and resolve the problem.
