A lot of others could learn from this outlet, superb service with a smile and a chat, the owner even remembers your usual order before you ask for it.... hazelnut latte and a sausage roll....
Kiru’s cheerful and friendly face on a rainy Autumn Saturday really lifted my mood! A delicious coffee and yummy croissant - warmed up for me (!), all reasonably priced. Support local, support independent! What an asset to Otford station and I’m so glad he works Saturdays 😁
He knew we wanted a drink before we did. Sensed it. Was super friendly and started preparing our drinks before we even got to his platform. Amazing customer service and great coffee too! Cannot recommend enough 😁
