Absolute 10/10 experience! Despite the shop being busy, the member of staff Nusrat provided exceptional service and made sure I was well taken care of. My drink arrived promptly, and the attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident throughout my visit. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and will definitely be back soon. Highly recommended!
I just had a fantastic experience at Black Sheep Coffee, thanks to the delightful craftsmanship of Eliza and Emma! From the moment I stepped in, their warm smiles and friendly demeanor set the tone for what turned out to be a memorable coffee moment. The coffee itself was nothing short of perfection — rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced. Every sip reflected the attention to detail and skill both baristas poured into the cup. The aroma was heavenly, with deep, nutty notes that complemented the velvety texture of the brew. It was clear that Eliza and Emma take pride in their work and have a true passion for quality coffee-making. Their teamwork was seamless, and it added an extra touch of charm to the experience. Watching them create such an excellent cup of coffee with such joy was a treat in itself. It’s not just about the coffee — it’s the heart behind it, and these two clearly have plenty of it. I loved my experience here, staff are friendly and have great customer service. I was served by Robert and Iza, lovely people, made my day. I had a vanilla iced matcha and it was absolutely delightful, 10/10 experience, would go again! :)
