Had used the Plough & Harrow for many years before being refurbished and updated. What a lovely surprise to see Heartwood Inns become the new owner having spent several years frequenting the King’s Head in Teddington. It’s been beautifully transformed in a stylish pub/ restaurant with several rooms and an expensive garden area. The menu is not dissimilar from other pub/ restaurants in the group which if you like it provides a superb opportunity to try them all. Before our meal a drink at the bar which is well stocked and friendly service. My starter Isle of Wight Heritage tomatoes was delicious and main Grilled whole sea Bream was very tasty all accompanied by some very good wines. Service was very professional **** Certainly another visit will be made.
Enjoyed some great food and drink. Lovely atmosphere. Huge garden which will be great in the summer months! Will definitely be returning soon.
Great Sunday lunch here. Generous portions with good vegetable selection. Service was impeccable, thanks to the wonderful Rebecca! Highly recommend the cheese soufflé for starter. Tried the Autumn dessert which was sublime. I’ve eaten here a few times already and will def be back again.
