A good option in the local area for nice Italian food and wine. we stopped by one evening after work.
If you are looking for an authentic Italian restaurant that serves top quality food with a personal touch on service then look no further than this local gem. Check it out. Mario and his team will look after you as they did our team of 8 today 13th Aug 2021. We all had an amazing lunch with a beautiful house red or 3. Terrific recommendation from our good friend Nigel. Great atmosphere. Mario and Mattheo are so welcoming. The Italian menu is extensive plus they have a specials menu. They’ve recently introduced a new lemon sole dish which is to die for but my wife always goes for the liver. The house wines are great and the complementary limoncello is most appreciated. Prices are very reasonable especially if you choose pasta or pizza. Highly recommended.
Love the food here. All home made and individually made. Fresh and not over complicated. We keep coming here.
I really enjoyed the pizza Today. The perfect amount of toppings, crispy , but soft. It arrived very quickly - which I appreciate as we were very pressed. We will order again soon. Thanks to the team Averna.
