Very good coffee and pastries. The ham and cheese croissant is delicious and the raspberry blondie I have no words to complement it. Staff are kind and attentive.

First time calling into this coffee shop. Very impressed with the lovely greeting and friendly staff. Had my go to drink - cappuccino with oat milk, very nice! The only slight negative was the extra charge of £0.30 for changing to a milk alternative. But pleased I picked up a loyalty card as I will definitely return.

My new favourite place in Caterham! Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to sit down and relax while enjoying a delicious cup of coffee. The coffee shop is bright and airy and has a great seating area at the back overlooking the valley. The Salmon and Cream Cheese bagels are unreal! Not to mention how lovely the couple is who run it I cant wait to visit again!

I have always wanted to go to a nice cafe with fresh pastries and cakes and this is the place for it! I’ve been so impressed with the freshness of cakes and pastries everytime. I am always welcomed by such friendly staff and the coffee is delicious. My new favourite coffee shop.

A calm yet lively place to meet with friends or go solo … dog friendly - water bowls and snacks provided. For human friends lovely home baked cakes and hot snacks for lunch - toasties and soup often sausage rolls too- a simple menu but just the ticket for a light lunch! Plenty of choice of refreshments- and get your loyalty card stamped . Take our service available too. Very fair prices. Order at counter then find a table and you get served. Nice atmosphere background music light and airy room and comfy seating. Bring your little ones there’s a toys: book corner and quieter area for breastfeeding mummies. Happy friendly staff on hand .

Excellent value snacks & drinks. Very pleasant, obliging staff. Light, airy and spacious, very clean loos & nice friendly atmosphere. Ample free car park. Only down-side, they now close at 12.30 instead of 1pm on Saturdays.

This took me right back to when I use to take my kid to nursery at home but with the benefit of a marvellous cafe. I had a lovely Americano (like me) and a toasted teacake with strawberry jam. Irish butter, you can’t go wrong. All Devine like the homey vibe here. Nice to know when I’m dropping my daughter off to college I can stop in here for a treat or spot of lunch. I’ll come in with the wife next time. Thank you for your wonder service with heartfelt earnestness. I thought the 181 might be a bible verse but it is the address actually😂

Food is amazing and delicious. Owner is very friendly. Coffee is amazing. Traditional Turkish "PIZZA" very tasty. I recommend to come and try you won't be disappointed.

Just been for the first time with my wife, our toddler and tiny baby. The owner is so polite, friendly and welcoming. The food is delicious, from the traditional cafe-style waffles (berries, cream, chocolate etc. or savouries such a chilli con carne or avocado etc.) to interesting Turkish variants (the bizarre-sounding tahini, molasses and walnut one turned out to be amazing) and non-waffle options such as salads and also gelato ice cream. Well worth a visit. I'll be going back for more.

Thoroughly enjoyed our treats here. Owner very friendly; coffee excellent; waffles the nicest I've had - usually too sickly for me, but these were lovely even though I chose the sweetest of toppings!

It's my children's favourite place to eat waffles, there is lots of selection but you also have the option to add/remove toppings. The owner is very hospitable and there is a nice, relaxed atmosphere.

The Lost Sheep is a little Gem. Just reopened it's a home and gift shop near the end of Croydon Road. Lots to offer. Small gifts and clothing items. Friendly staff. Worth dropping by, good on street parking.

An amazing treasure trove of a shop, Sally has such an eye for gorgeous goodies! Gifts, treats for yourself, Christmas stock is starting to pour in. I always leave with a bag of delights.

Sally and the team went above and beyond for my Hen Do today! Had a wonderful time having afternoon tea with friends and family! The food was amazing (even went away with doggy bags!) Thank you Sally for the lovely little gift box of beautiful heart decorations, I was so touched by this kind and thoughtful gesture. Thank you so much for today! We all loved having a look at the shop after and even treated ourselves to a few items. Thank you all!!

After searching high and low for Jellycat Bartholomew Bear, we found this little treasure. Not only is delivery speedy, you can be assured it has been packed with care and attention. We will definitely be back for more!

Really delicious food in Caterham! The meat is cooked really well and the portion sizes are reasonable. Easily the best place to get take out in Caterham Valley. I recommend the Al Faham, the flavours are great. The Shawaya is a smaller roasted chicken which is more tender if you prefer that but less flavour. I’m also a big fan of the chicken wraps.

First time tried their Shawaya (roller chicken). It was very tasty, juicy and tender. Comes with lot of side dishes like rice, coleslaw and hummus. Very friendly service, nice and clean restaurant. Most importantly they are HALAL. The other items on the menu like Faham (grill chicken) and burgers look tasty, looking forward to try them soon. Extremely reasonably priced and I hope they stay like this in future. I am glad that we won’t have to travel to Edgeware road when we have a craving for such cuisines. The owner said their chef is from UAE, so the foods taste authentic. All the very best for this new business.

The food was fresh and very quick at being delivered and very good value for money. The shawaya was delicious and a substantial portion. The chicken wrap wasn’t as good with a small amount of chicken on it but still tasty! Will be ordering again and trying burgers next time 😊

Lovely birthday dinner at Casa Lola tonight, always great Tapas. Started with the bread and cold meats followed by lots of dishes, finished off with some desert. The tapas selection has something for everyone, if you order 6-7 dishes that will be good for 3-4 people. Recommend…. The meatballs, potato bravas and the chocolate cake which was a warm cake with a melted chocolate inside.

Yet again another superb night here. Visited many times before & always first class. Excellent group of staff, the service is always friendly & super efficient. Lovely Spanish vibe - even better when they have the live music. The food here is on a different level. We have tried most of the dishes on the menu & every single one of them is absolutely delicious. Fresh ingredients cooked to order. Always a lot of specials on rotation. Must try the Octopus Galician style. Wow. Thanks to all the team. Be back soon!

went once for a work christmas party and then went back for my dads birthday. slayed so hard both times. food is amazing but also reasonably priced and staff are fantastic.

Popped in on the off chance for food…very close to closing time. All staff were very friendly, despite I’m sure wanting to get home, food was quick, reasonably priced and delicious! (Huge portions too). Hot chocolate best I’ve had in a cafe in a while, and latte great too. Thanks so much guys! Will come back if in the area!

6 of us went here yesterday (25/06/24) and we were not disappointed !! Food was absolutely amazing! We all really enjoyed it ! The coffee was really good too 😊 staff were friendly aswell , wished it was closer to us ( 4 hour drive from us) But next time we are down there we will definitely call in again .

Really nice atmosphere, great service and excellent food. Caterham needed a grill place like this. It's also not too expensive, which makes it a winner. Great place to bring family and friends for a nice meal. Their orange juice was fresh as well. I really liked the decor and colour scheme.

I ordered Chicken Grill and garlic bread the food was freshly made and glorious . Manager Khan was amazing with customer service and took time to tour me around the restaurant and explained how their food is being made.

My 1st time going here and 5 stars isn’t enough. Khan really looked after my friend and myself. The food was so fresh and the quality was outstanding. The service was exception. We always had what we needed without being bombarded. The atmosphere is perfect with great music playing without it being too much! We will be back! Thanks so much!!

Our local cafe, does everything a breakfast cafe should, even my marmite on toast. Can do traditional dinners too, steak and chops etc, I usually have breakfasts or burgers if I go for lunch. Teas coffees all for a reasonable price. My one and only gripe is sausage. I love a proper pork banger. The ones here aren't great I just wish for a better quality banger.. It's a great old school cafe.

Come here with my sister. The service was amazing , unfortunately I don’t remember the name of the member of staff who severed me. 5 star Service for her (blonde hair), maybe the owner I’m not sure. Coffee matched the service. Fantastic

When I set the challenge of putting a swan onto my latte, the team had never done any pictures before It has taken a little while, and we've had a laugh over some of the disasters, but it is clear that the effort has paid off That's just how a local coffee shop should be, part of the community

Tried here for the 1st time on 3rd Dec and was pleasantly surprised with quality of the food, coffee and hot chocolate we were served. The customer service by George was amazing, very helpful and polite especially as my fiancée is a wheelchair user and was offered help through the door. They have a really good selection of dairy free items as well as vegetarian and vegan options as well as milk alternatives. The atmosphere is pleasant and friendly and we look forward to coming again. We tried the espresso, a black coffee, hot chocolate and chilli hot chocolate as well as a vegan choc chip cookie and a tomato, thyme, pesto focassia.

Delightful coffee shop. Whilst waiting for car to be fitted with a new tyre at the local garage I needed somewhere to keep out of the rain for an hour. Came across this place and a very rustic coffee shop, lovely ambience, good coffee, food options and service. Would definitely pop in again.
