I’ve been coming to Blank Street at Westfield for a while now, and every visit has been fantastic! Jennica is always so welcoming and friendly, making the experience even better. She really knows her stuff when it comes to the menu and makes excellent recommendations. I’m absolutely hooked on their blueberry matcha—it’s the perfect blend of flavors, both refreshing and unique. And the banana bread? Easily the best I’ve had, perfectly moist and just the right amount of sweetness. Every time I stop by, it feels like a little treat to myself. Thanks to Jennica and the team at Blank Street for making my coffee runs a highlight of my day!

Blank Street in Westfield is a great spot right in the middle of the mall. The service was excellent, and the black coffee was really nice. What stood out to me was their attention to quality—they brewed the batch twice while I was waiting to ensure it was perfect, which is something I truly appreciate and respect. Definitely worth a visit for coffee & matcha lovers!

The food was decent, but the real highlight was the coffee—it was absolutely perfect! The atmosphere was alright, a bit busy, but nothing too bad. Ola was the one who served me, and she was amazing. So friendly and easygoing, she made me feel super comfortable. Even with the place being packed, she got my order spot on and had it ready so quickly! The coffee was just how I like it, and honestly, it made my day.

Jack and Emelia served me this morning and was greeted with a smile, knowledgeable staff, friendly and efficient! The food i ordered came straight away and the shop was very clean. Jack especially was extremely helpful when I needed help picking which toastie to eat. Lovely branch!
