Top Cafes in Upper clatford, Hampshire

Super gorgeous yea room situated in the beautiful village of Hambledon. The staff where so friendly and welcoming. Visited with my sister and her 9 month old baby. They were great with accommodating him. The tea room is quite dainty and small, we visited lunch time on a weekday and there was plenty of tables. Lunch option available like soups and sarnies as well as a very well stocked cake selection! Facility’s where clean and spacious. No allocated parking which means you have to park on road which was ok for us but I can imagine can get busy at weekend. A little gem of a cafe and will 100% be back!

We had a lovely time at the old forge tea room, the service was exceptional, even down to the tiny details. They made my toddler a priority in giving him, his own special plate and cutlery and in doing so he was the most well behaved he's been while eating in a cafe. The food was delicious. We really enjoyed it and will be back soon. Thank you very much.

What a superb selection of lunch items here! Had lovely inviting staff, amazing food and amazing bakery items aswell whether you want something sweet or savoury. Highly recommended

Finally managed to come by when there was a parking space available so could enjoy this lovely little stop for a quick bite. The cake selection was lovely and the hot meals looked delicious. Sadly we could only see the lunch menu on wall, so didn't know about all the breakfast baps that were available until after we had ordered and then heard a group ordering these. Just a suggestion, but maybe a board with breakfast offers on or copies of menus on tables to help us all see what's available. The staff were very polite and attentive, will definitely come again to try one of the toasted sandwiches

First time visiting after booking since last week we appeared without booking and they were fully booked. Thot since it was Monday we would get a table for 2 easily- wrong. Now I know why. Very friendly staff and the food and service was top notch. As for their carrot cake awesome. I recommend this joint. I will be back!!!!!
