Does what it says on the Tin. The hunger buster is huge and I’m. Big eater.. I struggled to finish it. It’s just value for money, you don’t expect the quality you get for so cheap to be honest. Have been a couple times now, and will be going again.. cheap and cheerful.. nice and friendly staff.. it’s 5 star

The food was amazing. The place is so clean. The staff were absolutely lovely. They also sell stuff for your car or motorbike. There is parking which really helps, and men and ladies' toilets just a few feet away, and they have a few toys and books to keep the children entertained whilst waiting for food. Altogether, it was a fantastic lunch out with the family. We will be going back its a hidden treasure.

I went with 2 friends and their puppy, for a meal. What a total gem of a pub. It was such a lovely cosy pub and the Thai food was beautiful. They go often, as they enjoy it there, and I can see why. The staff are so friendly and helpful too, which made it even more enjoyable. We had 3 starters to share between us, 3 mains, 3 drinks and a nibbles and it came to just under £100 for the 3 of us. So we thought that was pretty good.

Stopped in on a whim. Very good food and coffee! Flavors were mostly on point. Couldn’t taste the “cookie butter” flavor syrup in the latte I had, but was still delicious. Everything was fast and fresh. I had a burrito that was delightful, my hubby had a sandwich; only negative was that his sandwich was insanely greasy. I can see why this place gets busy. Would love to feel a little bit more ✨friendliness✨ from the staff, as most looked like they were unhappy and unapproachable. Maybe it was a rough start to their day. Anywho, thank you for everything! Would visit again if we pass through in the future.

First time here and I really enjoyed it! I ordered for pick up and they have spots in the covered parking area where you scan your code and they can bring it out to you, which was very appreciated because I had my dog in the car with me. It was ready slightly before the estimated time given which worked for me because I was there a few minutes early. I got the big commute, loaded hashbrowns, breakfast eggroll and a pistachio white mocha. Everything was really tasty! I drove back to Boston (~25 min) so I just heated stuff back up, but the burrito was actually still warm! The latte was more pistachio forward, but it was one of the best pistachio lattes I’ve had in Boston! Will definitely be back and would love to eat outside at the picnic tables.

I got a banana foster coffee here, and it was out of this world delicious!!!!! I've been to the one in Salem NH and tried a breakfast sandwich and those are also amazing! Will definitely be back!

This has got to be my favourite Caffe Nero that i have ever been to, or at least one of the very few elite to date! The staff are amazing, so warm, friendly & welcoming, my drink was made to perfection, & the slice of coffee cake I had, sheer heaven, so fresh yet moist & so light. Such an atmospheric place to be, very calm, lots of clean tables to sit at, and the customers were relaxed ones, I can't wait to return as this is my 1st visit to Andover in 24yrs!

My parents and I come here regularly, the customer service, the quality of the food is top class. The atmosphere is always buzzing, the staff always come and say hello, shaking your hand. I've been to a few Boswells previously and the food has been horrible. To the point that we swore we wouldn't visit another. Well, 5 years later and needing to stop somewhere to feed my 11 month old and we stopped in this Boswells. The food was so hot and tasty. The tables were clean, tidy and spacious. The service was exceptional, especially from Austin and Eleanor. These two are a credit to the company. I would try Boswells again just due to this establishment. Thank you so much 💓

Went today and didn’t expected it to be that busy. Ordered vegetarian breakfast and must say we loved it. Decent prices as compared to other places and considering inflation. The food was nice. Staff very helpful. As I am disabled the staff kindly brought my tray over to the table. The space between the tables was actually of a good size. I thought that the price was a little high. However, It is important to acknowledge the recent price increases.
