Amazing customer service. They make me feel very welcomed and valued from the get-go. I had a very detailed chat about what I am looking for and what’s good for my hair with the hairdresser. She covered all biases. There was so much care and consideration whilst cutting and styling my hair. Very professional and very friendly. My hairdresser was Sophie and she’s absolutely amazing at her job. She’s also a wonderful human being. I would 100% recommend going here. I know I’m going back for sure.
Fabulous! Emily gave me a wonderful cut and was a pleasure to spend time with. Had a perfect head massage too.
Visited Sevenoaks branch for an early morning wash, cut/restyle, and blow dry appointment. Emma is an amazing stylist and certainly makes the most of my very thin hair. Although the salon is a bit pricy it's so worth it, her years of experience shine through.
