I had a consultation and haircut with Charlotte, and I was so impressed with her expertise and understanding of my long, thick hair. When I left, my hair looked incredibly healthy and shiny, and my family couldn’t stop complimenting how lovely it looked. The whole experience was fantastic – Charlotte and the lady who washed my hair were both so friendly and welcoming. They even brought me a latte and chocolate, which was such a thoughtful touch!
