I've been using Steven James for years. Always fantastic service and all the staff are so friendly. They are always willing to go along with my mad hair ideas and do everything they can to make my hair dreams come true.

For Christmas I was very lucky in getting a voucher to use at Steven James in Faversham and what lovely ladies they all are. I have never been in a salon before and I was only booking in my appointment but already I was made to feel so welcomed and understood in exactly what I am looking for. I’ve been coming here for several years now and they have always done a great job of my hair. Tilly started cutting my hair about two years ago and she’s really great, really listens, gives sound advice and the cut is always just what I want, holds really well, grows beautifully etc and my hair feels so much better for weeks afterwards. There is a really lovely, unpretentious and laid back vibe to the place too. Thank you! 🙏🏼

Absolutely cannot recommend Steven James salon more highly I started in going to James in May 2024 and he has restyled my hair. Just giving me confidence with a slightly longer length but with a very stylish undercut. A great atmosphere and everyone is welcoming. And happily recommended to two friends who are with Tilly

Tilly & Jasmine are always so happy and friendly. Genuinely always keen to know how you are, what you’ve been up to. Tilly is an amazing hairdresser and gets it just right every time, a really lovely kind young lady who is a true breath of fresh air. James runs the most lovely hairdressers with all wonderful staff. Would recommend to everyone!
