Always an amazing experience at Nouveau! Been seeing Jade for years and recently saw Natalie for semi permanent brows. Amazing treatments and customer service makes coming here an absolute pleasure. So happy with my brows, can’t wait to be back soon!

Been here 3 times now to have my nails done by Rachel and each time I’ve felt very welcomed, the staff are so lovely and friendly, makes you feel so relaxed and if you’re having a bad day they can also make you smile/laugh. My nails are always done beautifully and last a whole month without damage. I’ll not be going anywhere else. I’ll also be trying other treatments they have to offer.

I got dermal lip filler on Saturday with Natalie and I was feeling quite nervous at the beginning but she made my whole experience very positive. She made me feel calm and talked me through everything that was going to happen and gave me advice on how I should proceed in the future when I asked. I would 100% recommend and feel like I will definitely be a regular customer in the future.

I first went here as my elderly mum was raving about it ... she calls it her "Happy Place" and talked like the staff were her dearest friends. So, being a little cynical, I accompanied her one day, curious to see this intriguing den of super-friendly manicurists and beauty therapists for myself ... and couldn't have been more impressed and appreciative. "Impressed", because it really is an oasis of happiness ... the staff are friendly, sociable, kind and really great at what they do and "appreciative", because they are genuinely fond of my mum and make a fuss of her which makes her really happy. But it isn't just my mum, they make everybody feel valued and seen/heard ... just being in the salon is the best therapy ever! The additional bonus of this place is all the different treatments they offer and the amazing reviews they get for these ... just from my family members, we've tried different manicures, pedicures, waxing, lash treatments, micro-needling, botox, fillers, laser hair removal, massage and superb facials ... all still looking natural but with a lovely glow on occasion. Thanks Ladies ... you really are the GOAT ("Greatest of all Time")
