Sumrina at the Dartford branch did a wonderful job with my eyebrow threading. She is a patient, friendly, and a attentive therapist who takes into account her clients' needs. She is the reason I provided a good rating. Previously, I have not been impressed by the customer service here but my eyebrows were always done well.

20.12.24 £13.00 Party lashes walked in the store in appointment lady kept complaining my eyes were watering - they are designed that way the lashes are glued to my face not my eyes - and they are not even . But they lasted 36 hours not because they fell off but I pulled them off.

Adelina did a lovely job on my Christmas nails. I showed her pictures prior to my appointment as I was unsure whether I could have BIAB or SNS. We went with BIAB. She made conversation & i’m super happy with them. Thank you ☺️
