My experience with Jaide was great. She was very professional and patient. I was a little unsure with the mircoblading at first but she eased me in, we took a while drawing them on and for me to be happy with them, but I put my trust in her. I’m so glad I did as my brows have never looked better!! Such a beautiful relaxing salon, will definitely be back for some treatments! The ladies in the salon were very friendly and easy to talk to. Had the best experience today at fresh retreat. With the amazing Ronnie. Had my first ever manicure and pedicure and it was just the best. Definitely recommend and will go again. Such lovely staff and make you feel so comfortable.

I recently had an anti ageing procedure done by Aimee and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and at ease. She took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions thoroughly. What impressed me most about Aimee was her extensive knowledge of facial anatomy and anti ageing techniques. She explained the procedure in detail, ensuring I understood each step. She also took the time to understand my desired outcome and tailored the treatment accordingly. Throughout the procedure, Aimee’s calm and reassuring demeanor helped me relax. She was gentle and precise, minimizing any discomfort. Wow. I had my eyelashes and brows done with Amy.M yesterday and can only say amazing things. She was so professional throughout the whole service and made sure I was comfortable throughout my whole appointment. The results are amazing I couldn’t be happier!! All the ladies are so welcoming and I was make to feel right at home !! Amazing range of refreshments to choose from which is a lovely touch and the whole atmosphere of the salon is something I’ve never experienced before !!!
