This salon is just the best. Always welcoming, amazing friendly staff who are all at the top of their game. Four generations of my family enjoy the services of this salon. Always leave there feeling great whether having nails, hair or beauty treatment.

I have visited twice in the last week and had 4 treatments. The first visit was for an exfoliating treatment followed by a full body massage with Karita. I had managed to book my treatments for the hottest day of the year but the room was a comfortable temperature and Karita made me feel at ease throughout. The products used felt very luxurious and it felt like a real treat. I went again for a facial followed by lash lift & tint with Madison. The facial was very relaxing and again such a treat! The eyelash perm & tint was the most comfortable time I've ever had this treatment. Although perming solution is never a pleasant smell my eyes weren't irritated and I didn't have any discomfort as I've had at other salons. I'm so pleased with my lashes! I was given a few samples of the products used in the facial to take home. They also offer a loyalty stamp card and when you have collected 10 stamps you receive 10% off.

Danielle did an amazing job on my cantankerous wavy curly hair. Great cut which means I can care for it myself. She took time to find out what I would really like. She was friendly and interesting to talk to. A lovely relaxing yet professional treat. I’m coming back

Had high and lowlights with Danielle. She was fantastic. Listened to what I was trying to achieve and the results are just what I wanted. There was no pain which sadly I had become accustomed to with my old hairdresser. It was a lovely relaxing experience with a very talented hairdresser. I will be back. Thank you 😊

10/10 for our bridal hair and makeup experience with Sue and Charlotte. They both instinctively knew what I wanted and gave advice during informal chats and for trials. I was completely 'blown away' by how good they were on the wedding day. Sue and Charlotte were so professional and speedy. I was having too much fun to be nervous and the end result was even better than the trial. I trusted them completely and they both delivered. So happy with the result. I have been to Sam for both lash extensions and Lip filler. I've got to say Sam is the best beautician I have been to by far and I've been to a few! She's warm, welcoming and extremely knowledgeable. The appointments never feel rushed either. I would recommend Sam to anyone! You will not be disappointed!

I've been going to Phase for years, all the girls are so lovely, it's like popping in to see friends. Kerry does my hair, she's brilliant, the cut is always fabulous and Kate does my nails - honestly, there's no one better. My nails always look amazing. We are so lucky to have Phase in Lenham, I would travel miles to have my hair & nails done here!!

Today was my first time in this hair salon, and I will definitely be coming back! Rachel was absolutely lovely to me, took her time to try different length to make sure I would be happy with the result, even offered me something to drink :) I am very happy with my new haircut (if you're looking for someone to do an undercut, look no further), and the price was great too. Rachael has looked after my hair for the last 20+ years and I wouldn't trust anyone else with it. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing and the girls are trained to a high standard; they are always friendly and full of helpful tips and information. Got a perm and for free!!! Models are required, and beauty is a girls best friend. So I went in. Bear in mind that you will need 4 hours to spare when you're getting the perks! Was under trainee Tasha and Megan, who were excellent, professional with supervision from their teacher. Had a great time and am very, very happy with the perm! A+++ service amd clean salon/academy!

Visited last week for the first time and had a good experience. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I'm very pleased with my Gent's haircut. I recommend giving them a try, Gent's haircuts are free!

Recently visited here and was impressed by the trainees and staff. Time taken was not particularly long. Colour used was good and my hair cut nicely. Also, the trainee took the time to style my hair differently (as agreed) and the result was very nice. I was also happy with the two coffees provided :)

Great trainee/staff. I had my hair curled by Tania, who did an amazing job when under supervision. If you have the time and patience, 3 hours is the approximate transformation. The treatment applied to the curls left my hair curly for longer, which regained my curls I had from younger years. The plc is tidy and clean, offering tea coffees, very accommodating.
