Brilliant SEN haircut experience. We moved here in July, and my autistic toddler needed the dreaded hair cut. I really didn't want to travel back to Essex for his cut so finally found Mirage and from the first message on facebook they have been absolutely brilliant. Reassuring, Kind and incrdibly gentle and sweet with my boy. Normally it is absolutely traumatising and he thrashes about which i forewarned, but although he cried non stop, he sat so well and very quickly stopped once his hair was done. (approx 10mins) Charley was AMAZING with him, very calm and serene, which Ralph gravitated towards her. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! you made something which is very traumatising for both me and my boy very easy and calm. and the cut is amazing!!!

This was the first time I've used Peppers hairdressers, I have to say I was impressed. Hollie cut my hair and did an excellent cut, I'm really pleased. They are following every rule regarding covid and I felt quite safe in their salon. Hollie and the other staff are very friendly and I will be returning there to have the next cut.

Had an ideal in my head of what I wanted my hair to look like, this was by far exceeded. I am so very pleased I cannot put it into words, I now have hair that I am proud of rather than embarrassed by. My whole experience from the initial consultation and throughout was 100% positive. I was made to feel relaxed and listened to. Thank you so very much

I have been visiting Mirage Hair and Beauty for a couple of years now. All the staff are lovely and attentive. They have helped my daughter who has special needs to have a haircut. I highly recommend this salon to anyone. 5*
