Not having been to a salon for years.. anxiety through the roof. Plain boring straight cut for years from my home. I absolutely felt comfortable and at ease. Sarah is beautifully kind and non judgmental. Sarah knew exactly what I needed as I have no idea what to do with myself let alone my hair. Thank you 😊 it's the best thing finding a salon first time lucky that you just feel is right for you 😊

Had my hair done with Sarah this evening, and as someone who hardly ever visits a hair dresser for cuts as I’ve always found that they cut to much off (naturally long hair girlie!) Sarah was absolutely amazing!! I can’t even put into words how happy I am with my hair and how amazing Sarah has made me feel! She took into consideration everything I shared with her about how anxious I was about having it done, and smashed it!! To be made to feel like an absolute queen from just 1 appointment really says it all!! Highly, highly recommend and I will definitely be returning more frequently! 🥰❣️ Ps.. the photos do not do it justice!!

I had my first appointment with The Chapel with Margot as a treat. I had seen it a couple of years ago online and had always wanted to go. So I booked my treat…..and it is exactly that! It’s very comfortable, very fancy and nothing is too much trouble. Margot is AMAZING…..she completely understands my vision for my hair. Just being really listened to is sooo nice. The cuts are perfect and grow out really well. So I can leave it longer in between cuts even though I have short hair. She is absolutely lovely and I can be quite socially awkward at times but she makes you feel so comfortable. And you can have little touch ups for free. This means that I don’t end up getting annoyed with my hair and taking a feather razor to it 🤦🏻‍♀️ So what started as a one off is now a treat I have every few months and I will not be going anywhere else.

First visit to The Chapel hair salon in Tunbridge Wells. My hair was in poor condition and a mess. Pietro did just a shampoo and blow dry and after two days my hair feels good and my hair has stayed in. Just a brush through it is all it needs. That’s a great feeling. It’s not a cheap salon, but you only get what you pay for. Quality counts and this salon certainly has that. Will be back very soon. Thanks for the valuable advice and tips too. See you all soon. 😊

Had an absolutely wonderful time at the Chapel today. Clare did such a lovely job with my haircut, it's so much lighter and fuller, I'm super happy with it. We also had a lovely chat about so many things - she made me feel really comfortable. I got to my appointment quite early and Charly kept me company until my haircut - super bubbly and friendly front of house! I'll be back next year for another big chop - I can only trust the Chapel team with it!

The Chapel was recommended to me by my partner, as she said it was the nicest salon she had been to. As someone who has spent far more time in barber shops than hair salons, I was particularly blown away by what a fabulous place The Chapel is. I was greeted with warmth and friendliness and was pleasantly surprised to see there were several other male clients there, too. Pietro was charming and I'm more than happy with the cut, style and advice he gave me.

I’d been growing out my layered bob but it just didn’t suit me & I was really unhappy with my hair. Si knew exactly what to recommend & although I was apprehensive about going much shorter, I’m absolutely delighted with my new hairstyle! I couldn’t recommend Si highly enough & he’s a sweetheart too!

My experience of McQueen Hair and Beauty Salon, Tunbridge Wells was the best I have had. From the fact they phoned me back when I tried to call to book an appointment to the experience in the salon I can only give them 5 stars. I wish there were more. Si is an outstanding expert in his field. Three days later, I love the cut just as I did when he finished, and I can't wait to go back for a full head of colour.

After having negative experiences in the past, Lauren H restored my faith in hairstylists. She genuinely cares about my hair. It was refreshing to find a professional who was able to tell me what worked for me and what didn’t. I visited with my sister on 5.10.24 and managed to have a quick wash/blow dry with lovely Sarah, who I had seen last December on a similar impromptu visit. Once again had a lovely blow dry, hair looked great, Sarah is very friendly and caring and I look forward to seeing her again. It was the first time I had visited the salon today and I had such a wonderful experience. After hating my hair for so long and being disappointed by other salons I am thrilled with the service and result I got today. ✨Poppy is an absolute magician ✨and completely understood what I wanted and how to get there with a difficult starting point. She pulled off an amazing colour correction that I wasn’t sure was possible and I couldn’t rate her highly enough. All of the staff I encountered have been lovely, Molly, Jasmine and Paige too. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the salon to anyone! 🌟

I had my first appointment today at Blow and Blush with the lovely Poppy and have had the best experience. Poppy spent 5 hours creating the balayage hair of dreams and I absolutely love it! She went through a consultation with me last week and gave me advice based on things I wanted to change and the outcome is perfect. I am so thankful and will be back to see Poppy for my next cut/colour. She is so lovely to chat to and the salon is beautiful. Highly recommend!

Libby just gets it. I would fully trust her to do her own thing on my hair and know I’ll love it. She’s a perfectionist and has such high attention to detail and also thinks about the practicality’s of a colour or cut. She also puts things into normal people words so you understand exactly what she’s asking or doing. So glad I found her to do my hair. The best service in blow and blush. Elle was absolutely INCREDIBLE - couldn’t have asked for anyone better for my wedding day. She was super professional but she had a laugh with us all too. She did my hair, my 8 bridesmaids’ hair and even squeezed my mum in unexpectedly at the end too, and we all absolutely LOVED our hair. I’ve been coming to the make up and hair bar for about two years for various treatments (nails, hair styling and make up) and each time has always been amazing. All of the girls are so lovely and genuinely make the experience, I always leave feeling so happy with my make up or my nails and would massively recommend to anybody!

I had Eleanor and Chloe do my hair and makeup for my wedding. They provided me with a chilled trial, helping me create exactly what I had in mind and they also recreated this look on my wedding day. They are both insanely good at what they do and one of my favourite things about the day when I look back on it, is my hair and makeup. They are both lovely people and I recommend them highly for what they do and the service provided by the hair and makeup bar :)

I have been to the makeup and hair bar multiple times over the past few years and always leave feeling amazing! All of the girls are so warm and welcoming and it’s always such a nice experience. I have had the blow dry subscription and cuts and colours with Chloe Harrison and she is lovely and always makes my hair look fabulous! Got a balayage done today with Alex and he was incredible! Really listened to what I wanted during the consultation and was able replicate the photos I showed whilst also adapting the styles to suit my hair.
