Had the best hair appointment with Sarah Jones! She was super patient and took her time, was sensitive to my requests and was just really pleasant throughout the appointment! We had a really lovely conversation the whole time and I left the salon feeling very pretty! The salon and her station were kept very clean and tidy, all the equipment looked really clean, fresh towels and capes were used- somethings that are very important to me when I go to a hair appointment! Definitely a 5 star rating! Would highly recommend X

Charlotte put my hair up for my son's wedding. We had a trial session the week before. Charlotte understood exactly how I wanted to look and got it right first time so I felt very confident when I went back on the day. It was a great experience. Relaxed friendly atmosphere. Got my haircut by Vickie today (hopefully I spelt that right) absolutely amazing result. I got exactly what I wanted and more. Honestly can’t recommend her enough. I will definitely be back again and won’t be using anyone else from now on. Proper sorted me out and the conversation we had was hilarious. I’ll be back at Urban soon because of her.
