I’ve just had the best facial with Kathryn .. my skin feels wonderful & I’m so relaxed. First time at 21 & what a lovely suprise after my treatment , tea & sorbet await me by a comfortable low bed that massages you along with a comforting neck warmer … I could have honestly stayed all afternoon. Booked next month & feel I’ll be a good customer at 21. Every member of staff I’ve met have been so helpful pleasant & professional. Thank you .

Had my hair cut by Emma, she did an absolutely fantastic job, amazing expertise and skill, SUPER happy with the results! If you have curly hair and haven’t found anywhere that cuts it well I would definitely recommend this place, I will definitely be coming back! Really lovely staff and atmosphere at this hairdressers, loved it!

We recently took our child to 21... Aveda for a haircut, and we couldn't be more pleased with the experience! From start to finish, the staff was friendly and patient, making sure my little one felt comfortable throughout the entire process. The stylist was fantastic, taking the time to listen to what we wanted and giving great suggestions for a style that would work well with my child's hair texture. My kid loves it, and I’m so happy with how it looks!
