I have been visiting April at Dontev for around a year now . I decided to try extensions for the first time and I knew April was professionally trained in this area . She explained the process thoroughly and talked about after care and lots of tips to maintain the hair afterwards . She matched the colours perfectly and I was pleased with the result . I’ve since visited April every 6/8 weeks and always feel that April offers a professional service . I would definitely recommend her expertise to others considering extensions .

I have been going to Dontev hairdressers ever since it opened over twenty years ago. Staff are unfailingly polite and friendly which makes such a difference. I would like to give particular praise to Lyn who has cut and coloured my hair for many years now. Lyn goes out of her way to accommodate suitable appointment times and is always upbeat and cheerful regardless of how busy she might be when I go in. Lyn styles and colours my hair to my liking and I have complete confidence in her professional skills. She’s definitely “a cut above” for me!

Going to the hairdressers is my ‘me time’ and during each visit, Lyn gives a very professional yet personal service, I enjoy our chats putting the world to rights and always leave feeling like a new woman. The salon is a very calm, relaxed environment and it’s evident how much effort the whole team puts in at Dontev to make it an excellent experience for every customer during their visit, which is a dying art – so bravo Team Dontev for flying the flag for excellence in customer service. First visit to Dontev and extremely happy, I had a consultation with April, and appointment with Chelsea. They sat and actually listened, discussed and looked at pictures of what I want to achieve. The girls are so lovely, made me feel very comfortable and as for the conditioning head massage... WOW.
