I booked a first consultation with Shana few weeks ago to tell her about my hair and the worries I had to get them done by other people. She replied to all the questions I had in a very professional way. She is fully booked (understandably) but she took time to do my braids on her rest day. I am beyond grateful to have found her and for her 10/10 customer service. The result is amazing and you get to learn about your own hair during all the appointment.
