My hair and scalp experience with Shanice was unbelievable! From the moment I stepped foot into her beautiful salon I was greeted with such positive energy which topped my experience and made me feel comfortable. Shanice holds a lot of knowledge about hair and the scalp so it was interesting to understand, after the treatment I felt well and truly pampered with a nice drink and treat whilst she styled my hair. In departure she gave me a card which had some empowering messages in but also a personal card hand written. These small touches make everything so thoughtful you can see how much passion has gone into this business. If you’re considering booking DO IT. Not only is it a great experience, I left feeling less stressed and like I really zoned out. Today I was lucky enough to have the wonderful headspa experience with Shanice. From start to finish this was exceptional, not only is Shanice an absolute wizard when it comes to scalp massage & scrubs, what she doesn’t know about scalp health simply isn’t worth knowing. She’s absolutely nailed the atmosphere, lighting, hospitality and comfort. The highlight of my visit was the scalp massage. Shanice clearly knows her craft, and each technique she used was tailored perfectly to my needs. My hair felt so much lighter, and I honestly left feeling like I was floating. The attention to detail at this spa is what really sets it apart. The high-quality oils and products that smell amazing, and I could tell Shanice truly prioritises her clients' comfort. Even the little touches, like the cozy blanket and warm towel for my neck, made the experience feel so special. I can’t wait to go back! I’ve always said how I would pay for someone to play with my hair and Shanice is now that person! I’ve had three head spas now, two classic and one advanced. My experience with her was UNREAL and I can’t tell you how much she looks after you and how thoughtful she is. Not only does she take her time and really make you feel amazing but she has snacks and drinks waiting for you. I’ve never had a treatment where I’ve felt so relaxed and been looked after from start to finish. It’s one treatment I will have for a long time. I’m always sharing with friends and family how amazing the treatment is and how amazing Shanice is. Also, not forgetting how incredible your hair feels afterwards, so shiny and soft and your scalp will never feel cleaner. I don’t think there will ever be enough words to describe it! I was lucky enough to win Shanice’s Christmas competition and got to experience the advanced head spa treatment. I was absolutely blown away from the minute I stepped in the door! Shanice has transformed her salon into a beautiful haven of pure bliss. The finishing touches are wonderful. I particularly loved the bar menu and the attention to detail was next to none. Before the treatment Shanice showed my the build up on my hair follicles with a magnified light connected to an iPad. It was so interesting and I loved seeing the after results at the end. The treatment was unlike anything I’ve experienced before. Every moment was just so relaxing and dreamy. I even dozed off a few times because I was so relaxed! I really enjoyed the intense massage and the steam pod. I can not find fault in any part of the experience. It truly was such a dream. I loved sitting with a homemade espresso martini and yummy cupcake, whilst having a blow dry to finish the day. Just exceptional from beginning to end.
