20.12.24 £13.00 Party lashes walked in the store in appointment lady kept complaining my eyes were watering - they are designed that way the lashes are glued to my face not my eyes - and they are not even . But they lasted 36 hours not because they fell off but I pulled them off.

Seema has always been really lovely every time I have had my waxing done. Always respectful, kind and gentle. Thank you as always Seema! :-) I would also like to give feedback for Adelina and Denisa. Adelina did my hands and Denisa did my feet. Honestly can’t praise them enough. Such kind souls. Very happy and warm and also gentle. Really lovely ladies :-) On top of that they did a great job! Highly highly recommend coming here.

Sumrina at the Dartford branch did a wonderful job with my eyebrow threading. She is a patient, friendly, and a attentive therapist who takes into account her clients' needs. She is the reason I provided a good rating. Previously, I have not been impressed by the customer service here but my eyebrows were always done well.

Adelina did a lovely job on my Christmas nails. I showed her pictures prior to my appointment as I was unsure whether I could have BIAB or SNS. We went with BIAB. She made conversation & i’m super happy with them. Thank you ☺️
