My first time at Dawn Claire, and I had Ella cutting my hair today. She was lovely, friendly and knowledgeable. She listened to what I wanted, was able to give helpful advice with my damaged hair, and checked in regularly to make sure we were on the same page with the cut and style. I had a wonderful experience at this salon on Saturday when I got a haircut and blow dry. My appointment was with a level 1 stylist who had just graduated, and I must say, they were amazing. I'm usually a bit anxious about trying new hairdressers, especially since I've recently moved to the area, but this visit was delightful. The staff was friendly and down-to-earth. The haircut turned out fantastic, and my hair felt great afterward. I highly recommend it. The head and mini neck massage was a lovely bonus, adding to the pampering experience, which I truly needed. I'm eagerly looking forward to my next visit.

I am from a care company and one of my clients came in for a wash,cut and blow dry in December, Ella and Tia looked after my lady, were very understanding that a quiet time is best for her and they treated her like a princess. When I saw my lady she told how lovely the ladies were and that she had a good time. I have just booked her in for another appointment with the same ladies.
