Came here after my mum recommended it, and I couldn’t be more happy!! The whole team there are so lovely and amazing, especially Gemma who did my hair. I’m so so thrilled with my hair, she gave me guidance on how to improve the health of my hair, gave me the best cut and colour and thank you to Chloe as well who styled it beautifully! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Such a pleasant experience albeit not the most pleasant treatment! Beth is so kind and understanding and does such a thorough job on the old hairs. I always feel very comfortable and confident.

Massage and facial were perfect. My only complaint is the blanket wasn’t big enough to cover my feet as well as up to my shoulders - a bigger blanket would have felt more relaxing. However - everything else was spot on and I’ll definitely be back x

She filled me with confidence due to her extremely thorough approach and I felt she was very committed to getting the best possible result. Miracle worker! I would like to give a top recommendation for Emma’s services and the beautiful salon. I was delighted to find a highly experienced electrolysis therapist outside of London and after 9 failed laser hair removal sessions at a different session, I am overjoyed with the electrolysis progress after only 3 sessions. The sessions are calm, thoughtful and personalised - it is a pleasure to attend. I fully expect to explore the other services that Emma offers.

The experience with Ella was great from start to finish! I was welcomed and put at ease as soon as I walked in and I enjoyed the calming atmosphere of the spa. The top to toe facial was amazing and I felt so relaxed afterwards! I was given some samples to try of the products used on my face and will be back in to purchase full sizes of the products as they feel lovely on my skin. Thanks for such a great experience.

I had a very relaxing back massage and facial with Kelly. She worked wonders on my skin and tailored the products to suit my needs. I have been coming here for years and always enjoy every treatment I have had here. The staff are all very professional and friendly and the treatments are excellent value for money. Kelly also noticed it was my Birthday and went out of her way to find me a gift which was very much unexpected but very appreciated and made my visit and my Birthday extra special!

I recently visited The Beauty Spot at the Courtyard for my first pedicure, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Kelly took exceptional care of me, making sure I felt comfortable and relaxed throughout the treatment. I can honestly say it was the best pedicure I’ve ever had! The atmosphere of the salon is inviting and tranquil, enhancing the overall experience. Kelly's gentle touch and professional demeanour made me feel pampered and well looked after. Went to Marianne’s for the first time today. Was absolutely nervous as I haven’t been to the hairdresser for a few years now due to a bad experience somewhere else. But Marianne put me at easy and her staff was so welcoming and lovely! Marianne asked lots of questions which I thought was really assuring and she listened and served! My hair has never looked and felt so healthy and nice! Definitely coming back! You’ve got yourself another regular 🫶

A good hair stylist is a precious find and Marianne is a very very good hair stylist. She is friendly, reliable, highly skilled and she really listens to how I’d like my hair. I won’t go to anyone else.

Marianne, Lara and Rose are so friendly and chatty. Always walk out feeling like a new version of myself after having the BEST hair washing experience by Rose and haircut/ colour with Marianne or Lara, and they will always try and get you in at short notice. So glad I found them 🤩

My first ever visit to a hair salon!! Jodie was so lovely, and just as excited as me for my first experience. I told her what I wanted and she talked me through some options, and told me what she was doing each step. I'm absolutely thrilled with my new hair and can't wait to come back in a few months!

I love getting my hair done here by Tash, everyone is very friendly at the salon, I get my eyebrows and nails done with Zoe and she is very good however, the nail colours need updating, there's not enough to choose from and a lot of the colours are just too boring. I'd still go for a wax but if more up to date nail polish choice isn't brought in I'll have to go to another salon for this treatment .

I had a restyle hair cut with Natasha. My thick hair had grown l long but I wanted a shaggy bob. Natasha listens to what you want and is charming. I am very pleased with the cut and my family and friends all like it. Thank you Natasha, I will be back for the upkeep of my new style.

Lovely salon with lovely girls. I’ve used Ellie (Eleanor) a few times now. She really listens to what you want and is very knowledgeable. Really good after care advice as well to get the most out of the cut and colour. Would recommend and will continue to go back regularly
