I have been going to Donna for a while now, and she is simply the best!!! I always get the facial and due to teenage skin I often have a lot of breakouts. My skin has progressively improved since going to Donna! I highly recommend.

Donna was absolutely wonderful! For myself it was the first time getting an intimate wax done and Donna has such a calming presence and definitely made me feel at ease! I couldn’t recommend her enough! Thank you so much Donna!

Just been for my first visit to Indulge and what an experience! Both stylists were lovely and highly skilled (colour with Evie and cut with Kezia). The whole atmosphere was fab - lovely coffees and snacks throughout my visit, even a back massage chair whilst you’re getting your hair washed! And the end result with my hair in one sitting was far superior to anything else I’ve had done previously. The colour Evie achieved is so lovely and bright. Thank you!! 5 star!!

So glad I came across Indulge, I had shortlisted them alongside another salon that came recommended by a friend. They fully deserve a 5 star review, from the 5 star service that I received! A very welcoming and friendly environment, with amazing service. The complimentary tray of sweet & savoury snacks was a lovely touch, and the endless cups of frothy coffee. The experience doesn’t end there, the chairs at the hair wash stations recline so you can literally put your feet up, while you receive a back massage (yes, the chairs have an inbuilt massager how cool is that!). Putting that all aside, Meg the stylist was simply amazing. She took the time to discuss the style and colour I was looking to achieve, Meg asked lots of questions to ensure she understood my requirements and checking that I was happy throughout each stage of the process. The results completely surpassed my expectations, I have finally found a great colourist and stylist. I couldn’t be happier and have booked my next appointment!

Huge thank you to Mia and the team for my amazing hair transformation. From box dying my hair for years, and a lot of bad colour build up, Mia fixed this with a gorgeous balayage. I was kept fully informed with every step throughout my appointment, and felt very looked after. I'm so happy!!! Highly recommended and will certainly be back when I need a top up :)

I'm quite a nervous person about having my hair done, but everyone at Indulge has made my experience wonderful with great results. I've felt relaxed enough to take my kids there and also have a deep conditioning treatment, which almost sent me to sleep. This place is now my hairdressers and I can't rate them enough.

I could not recommend Kerrie enough! She’s the absolute best colourist, so passionate about hair and her knowledge is immense. After years of not being happy with my hair and not being sure what to do about it, coming across Kerrie’s salon was truly a godsend to me. She’s such a lovely person too. And I really liked the fact that she talks you through everything she does while she’s doing it, plus a great deal of information and advice about the aftercare. Overall fantastic!

It is always such an amazing experience having an appointment with Kerrie. She is absolutely amazing at her craft and she is so attentive to detail. Kerrie is absolutely amazing - she really cares and totally understood straightaway what I was after. I have had my hair coloured dark brown for many years without any lighter tones, after some awful experiences with highlights elsewhere, years ago. It’s the first time ever that anyone has put some lighter shades in my hair that I’ve ever been happy with it and I am SO happy with it! Kerrie is a perfectionist and is a total expert in her field with extensive training, experience and clearly a creative flair. If you book to see Kerrie - you will not be dissapppinted..it’s quite honestly the best hair colour that I’ve ever had. Thank you Kerrie!

I just wanted to share that I had the most amazing reflexology with Jill. The welcome from all the staff is so warm and kind and you are always made to feel part of the family. I can really struggle to relax but Jill was fantastic at putting me at ease and making me comfortable. The treatment used wonderful products from Neal's Yard, I felt so incredibly relaxed as well and the feeling lasted all day. I can't thank you enough.

I was recommended Lauren and oli from a good client of mine. I had a cut and blow dry with oli on my first appointment. He was excellent and friendly and I left very pleased. A few weeks later I had a full head of highlights with Lauren. She discussed with me what I wanted to achieve. Was very knowledgeable and the result was the best colour I have ever had. My hair was beautifully and carefully dried by their assistant who was also excellent. You are made to feel very welcome and comfortable and I'm so grateful to have found a real gem in Newbury.

Oh my gosh I had the most relaxing time today. I had the mother to be massage with Jill and it was amazing… I didn’t want it to end. The staff there were all so lovely and welcoming too. I will definitely be going back and would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience Helena is an artist! I am so thrilled with my eyebrows! As an older woman, I was concerned that they not be too thick or dark but Helena advised me on the best shape and colour and she was absolutely spot on. Her attention to detail, her meticulous hygiene and her gentle approach is very reassuring . I cannot recommend Claire highly enough for a Swedish massage. I am a massage therapist myself and struggle to find someone who really does a great massage which is firm but relaxing and gets to all those tense areas! My whole body feels lighter and more relaxed. Thank you Claire!

I have been using Charmaine's Hair & Beauty since I moved to Newbury 8 years ago and I highly recommend it. Charmaine has always done a fantastic job of cutting and colouring my hair, and she has cut it into a new style on a couple of occasions when I wanted a change. The prices are very reasonable, particularly compared to certain other over-priced hair salons in Newbury. I always enjoy chatting to Charmaine while she does my hair and i'm looking forward to going back once lockdown is lifted and she is able to reopen. Charmaine takes Covid-19 very seriously and the safety measures she implemented made me feel comfortable about visiting the salon.

Kellie always does an amazing job on my hair, she always does exactly as I ask and I completely trust her with my hair. Not only is she amazing at cutting and colouring but extremely talented at hair styling, hair up and hair extensions. She recently created Hollywood waves in my hair and I felt a million dollars, I highly recommend Studio NK. Always a relaxed and happy place.

I've been going to Kellie for my hair colouring and cut and Nicole for my eyelashes and eyebrow tints and massages for over 11 years. I'm still getting compliments about my hair colour. Nicole styles my eyebrows in such a way to make me feel better than I did 20 years ago (I'm in my 40s now). The massage I had today was perfect - felt very floaty afterwards. I have been going to Kellie for quite a few years now. I love the way she colours & cuts my hair. I always come away so pleased with the results. She now has her own salon in the centre of Newbury which I visited for the first time today. A lovely spacious salon which has been very stylishly decorated. Always made to feel welcome & a great selection of reading materials along with a good cup of coffee. Reggie the local celebrity sausage dog often makes an appearance with Gina who also works with Kellie and he is such a poppet curled up in his bed minding his own business but keeping an eye on proceedings A great salon and one which Kellie & her sister have worked so hard to achieve and open so customers can enjoy it, while having a relaxing time being pampered.
