I have been coming to the salon for the past 3 years as it is very near to me and I needed a hairdresser for my elderly mother who suffers from dementia. From the outset, Natasha was so kind and understanding with my mum who asks the same questions over and over again! Natasha always makes my mum feel and look a million dollars and the atmosphere in the salon is friendly and welcoming. In fact I was so impressed that I now am also a customer! Natasha always takes the time to sit and discuss options for my toner and I am thrilled with the results ! No more brassy hair, just a cool, sleek colour. I would highly recommend Natasha without hesitation.

Becca tried something new on my hair today she didn't use scissors it was called calligraphy? I must admit I was unsure but I can't say how pleased I am with the results, my hair feels lighter and bouncy and was ever so easy to style. I would highly recommend this treatment and I would highly recommend Becca, she is a true professional who takes her job very seriously and always aims to please. I absolutely can't fault her dedication to the job and would highly recommend her.

Today was my first visit to William and Mary hair and it won’t be my last. Callum did a fantastic job on my hair, I love it. From my first consultation to leaving today Callum made sure I was completely happy, he is so friendly and is an excellent stylist. I’ve already booked my next appointment as well as a different appointment for my daughter.

One very happy customer! I am over the moon with my new hairstyle. Mary is without doubt the only hairdresser that can cut my hair to perfection. She has done an amazing job of styling and lightening my hair. As someone who has had the same hairstyle for years ! I am so excited that I took Mary’s advice (which I asked for ) for me to go lighter but not too drastic. It’s fabulous. I have had so many compliments and I can blow dry it myself now because it is cut and shaped so well. The salon is very welcoming and I had a truly relaxing time. I really appreciate the efforts that have been taken to comply with Covid 19 safety & regulations. It is clear to see that the Clients needs & safety have come first. In these difficult times it is refreshing to be able to relax in a safe, friendly environment. A wonderful experience, lovely staff and overall excellent service all round. A lovely selection of products availability to buy too for yourself or a friend. I look forward to returning again soon .

I have been visiting William and Mary’s for some time now- I usually have a whole head of highlights done by Mary and I have to say nobody has ever done such an amazing job as her ❤️ Having tried several places in the past I now wouldn’t go anywhere else! The whole salon feel is fantastic, all members of the team are attentive and extremely professional, you feel as tho you are a part of one big family and nothing is too much trouble. Dealing with the Covid restrictions for any business at this time is challenging but Mary and her team have it sorted with all precautions in place I felt safe and comfortable. If you want amazing service-amazing hair and to spend a couple of hours relaxing in a lovely environment William and Mary’s is the place to go!
