I don’t even know where to beginnn. I cannot recommend this salon enough and I want many people to go here beacayse just after my first experience I’m feeling so so impressed and happy with my results. As I walked in I was greeted by Yasmine who was so so sweet and friendly, she made me feel so comfortable the whole time. Every service she gave me from hair wash to cut to blow dry was done soo passionately and she really took her time and effort and came me brand new hair which almost feels like a pretty wig. She really took out the potential of my hair. Moving on we talked so much and they even gave me a complimentary hot beverage which elavated my entire experience. Can’t thank Yasmine enough!! Leah was so sweet and explained to me about all the products that were available and they even used it on me. I left the salon feeling like a brand new person!!. Left with higher expectations than I came with because I feel like the online presentation of the salon is really nice but doesn’t justify the premium experience I received and tbh it’s not even that pricey. I just feel very grateful to Yasmine for rescuing my hair and I’m definetly going back!! Soo please go to this salon- they are amazing. Thanks to yasmine and Leah 💗💗💗

I’ve been coming to Nstarz since I was 13, but I started my long hair journey here back when I was 20, as I had decided to start growing it all out properly again. I was experiencing regular shedding and a dry scalp and using all the wrong products at the beginning, but my hair really started to change after I followed the advice of Leah. My hair has never looked better and been so well looked after thanks to Leah and her team. She walked me through the things I need to do to keep my long hair manageable and looking and feeling more than just healthy. Regular trims, appropriate treatments, and I don’t think I’ve ever gotten more compliments on my hair ever in my life ever since I started coming here on a regular basis. I’ve never let anyone else cut my hair since I was 13 and I don’t regret it! I’m 3 years into my long hair journey now and every part of it has been enjoyable, it’s down to my waist!The staff here are super lovely and professional, if you’re looking for anywhere to help you on your long hair care journey, this is most definitely the place for you! Could not recommend this place enough.

Very happy with my first visit - they fitted me in at short notice and Erdem did a great job. I have fine hair and as now I'm a bit older, the texture has changed a lot, so it was helpful to talk about what was and wasn't the best option for styling. Will definitely go back for ongoing maintenance. And Queenie the chocolate lab is adorable!

I've been going to Trilogy for 32 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. All excellent hairdressers, professional, friendly, welcoming and always lovely and caring towards all of their customers of all ages. They feel like part of my family. I had a facial and body massage with Dawn, the Beauty Therapist, for the first time today. It was the best I've ever had and will definitely go back soon.

Trilogy hair has done my daughter's hair. She had a keratin blow-dry and the results are amazing 😍 Chris is fantastic made her feel at ease and always gives good hair care advice without trying to sell us something like most salons. Would recommend!

Fantastic experience at Paul Edmonds. I had a colour correction with Joe Savine, to blend my natural grey hair into the gingery brown ends. The ends were lightened to match my grey hair. Paul cut off a few inches, added long layers, gave me a lovely wispy fringe and styled by hair with big bouncy waves. I love my hair.

I had such an amazing experience with my stylist, Kelvin! He recently did a balayage for me and managed to lift my Asian black hair to blonde without any harsh orange tones. He was also very patient with me throughout the entire process. My appointment took several hours, and he was incredibly understanding, even as I took a really long time to decide on the look I wanted. Kelvin is great when working with dark hair, especially when it comes to lifting it to lighter shades without damage, which can be tricky for Asian hair. Throughout the process, he shared valuable tips on keeping my hair healthy and soft. I definitely would recommend Kelvin if you’re looking for a stylist who is patient, highly skilled and can work with dark hair too!

I did a lot of research before moving to London on experienced stylists who had the skill to take my virgin dark hair to a natural red. I was honestly very nervous, given that I had never so much as highlighted my hair, and unsure that my vision could be executed. When I came across Kelvin’s online portfolio, I knew he was the perfect match for me. I walked into the salon looking like the 3rd image, and walked out a completely different person. To say I’m obsessed is an understatement. My red is so natural and I’m constantly being told in the streets that it’s such a perfect colour. The way my hair suits my complexion is a masterclass in colour theory, which is a testament to Kelvin’s artistry. Even while performing under pressure, Kelvin is professional, meticulous and talented. I have watched his colleagues turn to him for advice and support, which demonstrates his leadership and expertise in the field. I’m always offered a tea or coffee when I’m at the salon, and all the vogues are up to date (a girl’s dream). I initially got a full-head tint and cute, and have since returned to fill my roots. The colour is still consistent, seamless and dimensional. If you are worried about colouring your hair, Kelvin is a master of his craft and a careful artist who you can trust.

Orlando is truly amazing! He knows exactly how to cut and style my curly hair, making it not only look great but also easy to maintain. His colouring skills are exceptional – he always gets the perfect shade, and uses techniques that make regrowth less noticeable, so my colour lasts longer. He also gives me great advice on aftercare treatments to keep my colour vibrant and my hair healthy for the long term. He’s a true artist, and I’ve never been as happy with my hair as I am now!

I get my nails done here as I trust technician and she does a good job. She takes 2hours to get my nails done whereas in other salons for the same price you get a rushed 45 min appointment. Also, the owner of the salon is always welcoming and offers tea and coffee on arrival.However I scored 4 stars as I feel they should have pay by card option and not cash only.

I had a balayage done at Barking Salon. Since my hair is dark, it’s usually hard to avoid yellow tone after bleach. However, Kristina made it a nice brown colour with a toner. She listened to my request carefully and suggested a good solution. She paid extra attention to my hair while handling it. I will definitely go back to this salon!

This visit was my second one. I went for a haircut and decided to get lowlights done as well. They were very accommodating, helpful and have reasonable prices. I got both of my services done by Kristina who is such a sweet heart. She listened to what I wanted although I was very anxious. She is very professional and made me feel very comfortable. I got my nails done here for the first time and I had such an amazing experience. Mai did my nails and she was so lovely.
