I had the most amazing experience with DKUK. From the start, Julieta was so quick in responding to my email enquiry. Then on the day, Idi was just incredible from start to finish. I got the pay what you can haircut, and wasn’t treated any differently. I have curly/wavy hair and she made my hair look better than it ever has, as well as telling me tips and tricks throughout the session. I couldn’t recommend this salon more! If you’re unsure, let this be your reason to go!!

I’ve been coming to DKUK since 2022 and it’s truly a gem. Daniel gives fantastic haircuts and Rosa does beautiful colour. The whole team creates such a welcoming, inclusive space. I absolutely love popping in to enjoy the art, the atmosphere and the fact that I can fully relax without having to stare at myself in the mirror for hours. Highly recommend 💚✨

I’ve waited just over a month to leave a review given that I wanted to see how I could style my hair and how it would sit with me after having it cut. Words simply cannot describe what this cut and overall experience has done for me, I have worn my hair curly almost every single day over the past month, my morning refreshes have gotten so so so much simpler, my wash days are pure perfection, and my curls have a gorgeous shine and bounce to them (they don’t go limp anywhere near as quickly as they did before this haircut)! And the confidence boost, oh my goodness, my hair used to curl in the most arbitrary shapes and frizz like anything and now there’s nothing I love more than wearing my hair with it’s full curly glory. All of the advice I received from Idi was invaluable and I’ve written every detail up afterwards, and she was absolutely lovely and incredibly knowledgeable. I will most definitely be coming back xxx

Edith Hair is nothing short of amazing! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. I have really short fine hair but Edith did great. Edith’s attention to detail and her ability to bring my vision to life exceeded all expectations. The results were stunning, and I left the salon feeling confident and beautiful.

I felt so welcomed and it was easy to book with her salon. She did everything I asked, her service is 10/10. Her prices are reasonable and she is transparent about what she can and can’t do. Honestly, she does the best sew-ins - not tight or uncomfortable. It was a lovely atmosphere in the salon, all the stylists are friendly.

I came across Edith via the numerous Google reviews left for her online. After having my hair done by her, I understand why there are so many reviews. I got a leave out sew-in done by Edith. I was so worried about how it would look at the end as my natural hair is not super long. But Edith assured me right from the beginning that it would work out. And it indeed worked out! My sew-in is really flat, and the volume of the hair is just right. She curled my hair at the end too which came out lovely. The service was so quick, peaceful and cost-friendly. I love going to Crab! I’ve had my hair colour corrected from black box dye to blonde by Issy and I trust her completely. As well as being a great hairdresser she’s excellent company for the time you’re in the chair. Highly recommend!!!

Recently went to this salon and was amazingly greeted by one of the staff member. All I wanted was to get my hair curled for my graduation and that was done and felt a warm welcomed immediately as I set foot inside. The curls had turned out perfectly and I've received many compliments on the day for this! Unsure who it was as I forgot to ask for their name but if they're reading this review, thank you gorge With that being said, I'm amazed how quick and efficient, definitely will be returning if I want any other treatments done!

The best salon in London by far!!! the vibes, settings and gorg lovely friendly professional staff are second to none! I've had the pleasure of getting my hair done by Izzy for a handful of times now which is always an amazing experience and I'm now at the point that I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair!

Staff are so friendly and the atmosphere is nice and comfy. My raggedy hair has been wonderfully transformed and I’m so grateful. Stylists are so helpful and just instantly understand your vision. So good, couldn’t recommend it enough.

I’ve recently moved to the area and so glad I found a new hairdresser and met Lindsay. This is the best haircut I’ve had in years! Everyone was so friendly and a very nice and relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend!

I had the absolute best blow dry from Will. I usually ask for the same thing from a blow dry, beachy waves. What I get is prom queen spirals which I hate. Will used a technique I hadn't seen before which produced these lovely, soft, defined but very natural looking waves. It looked great, I felt great and got loads of compliments at the event I went to. Again, best ever blow dry.

Queens is amazing. It is the only salon I will ever go to and I have been going for 5 years now. Maddy did my hair last week and is an expert in blondes, balayage and baby lights which is always what I want. The outcome was exactly what I wanted in terms of tone and highlights. Maddy is SO talented and understands the assignment every time. She takes such care to look after the health of my hair and still always smashes the colour. The blend is alwaaays perfect and I've never had so many compliments on my hair. Cannot recommend enough! 10/10!

Ola did a fantastic job with my daughter who chose Goddess braids. She helped pick the perfect match for my daughter’s hair and the end result was a very happy teen! I decided that I wanted to get braids last minute before my birthday dinner and I booked Ola. This was my first time ever getting braids, so I didn’t know what to expect. She got my braids done on time and very efficiently. I also booked the extra service for her to buy the extensions and she had more than enough to use. Super friendly and I will definitely book her again.

My first time getting braids, Afa was lovely and the fact she is home bound made it more comfortable for me and takes away the anxiety of a public place. Was friendly and made sure I was comfortable and happy with what I was getting. Good introduction into the braiding world and would go again.

Very friendly and talented stylist!!! Got my hair done as good as high brand salons and only cost me 1/3 the price. Of course the salon is not as pretty like those highstreet ones but your hair will come out nicely!!
