I had a really fantastic experience with DKUK. All of the salon staff are lovely people, and I felt very at ease. There was some confusion over the pricing of my treatment, and the salon owner Daniel immediately rectified this. I'm incredibly grateful he took the time to assist. I’ve been coming to DKUK since 2022 and it’s truly a gem. Daniel gives fantastic haircuts and Rosa does beautiful colour. The whole team creates such a welcoming, inclusive space. I absolutely love popping in to enjoy the art, the atmosphere and the fact that I can fully relax without having to stare at myself in the mirror for hours. Highly recommend 💚✨

I’ve waited just over a month to leave a review given that I wanted to see how I could style my hair and how it would sit with me after having it cut. Words simply cannot describe what this cut and overall experience has done for me, I have worn my hair curly almost every single day over the past month, my morning refreshes have gotten so so so much simpler, my wash days are pure perfection, and my curls have a gorgeous shine and bounce to them (they don’t go limp anywhere near as quickly as they did before this haircut)! And the confidence boost, oh my goodness, my hair used to curl in the most arbitrary shapes and frizz like anything and now there’s nothing I love more than wearing my hair with it’s full curly glory. All of the advice I received from Idi was invaluable and I’ve written every detail up afterwards, and she was absolutely lovely and incredibly knowledgeable. I will most definitely be coming back xxx

I had the most amazing experience with DKUK. From the start, Julieta was so quick in responding to my email enquiry. Then on the day, Idi was just incredible from start to finish. I got the pay what you can haircut, and wasn’t treated any differently. I have curly/wavy hair and she made my hair look better than it ever has, as well as telling me tips and tricks throughout the session. I couldn’t recommend this salon more! If you’re unsure, let this be your reason to go!!
