I have to say a huge thank you. My very elderly parents suffered a total loss of electricity today meaning they had no heating and no electricity for their freezer, fridge, cooking and everything else. I found Smart Wired Electrical on Google as an emergency electrician. From ringing, he was really quick in arriving at my parents property and worked speedily to find and resolve the issue. He was friendly and efficient and will be recommended in the future A brilliant service was provided.

We came home on a Sunday night to a bad burning smell coming from the mains supply cupboard. Nurul diagnosed the problem very quickly and advised us to call our distribution network operator, after showing us how/why the problem occurred. Nurul was very knowledgeable and friendly! Me and my family just had the food from here and it was absolutely delicious! Quality food and amazingly priced as well. Fabulous section on the menu, there is definitely something for everyone! The shop inside was spotless and the seating area outside was a lovely touch can really see that filling up in the summer time. The guy behind the counter was lovely and polite and very welcoming. Smiling and welcoming the customers; that’s lovely to see. You definitely have regular returning customers!

Amazing Smash Burgers! This place i can’t say enough good things! The smash burgers are nothing short of amazing crisped perfectly on the edges, juicy within, flavorful as hell. The toppings are fresh, the buns are soft but sturdy, and the sauces are enough to elevate everything.The fries, crispy, golden and well-seasoned, are equally amazing. And don’t even get me started on the milkshakes the ideal sweet treat to have after a burger. In addition to phenomenal food, service is quick and friendly. You will not regret it, whether you’re eating in or picking up something to go. By all means, this is my new favorite burger place. Highly recommend!

Came all the way from Manchester to try this place out and I must say, it did not disappoint! I got the box meal for £9.99 which is a bargain by the way. The tenders were crispy yet juicy and the fries were well seasoned to the very last one! But the burger was the real showstopper, the chicken was cooked to perfection the bbq sauce was just the right amount and the onion rings with the melted cheese over the top was perfection in food form. I love my takeaways but this one takes the cake for me if you’re in the area it’s a must try for sure! Their selection has everything you are looking for! 10/10

Came from Manchester to see family in leeds came across this place the sign caught my eyes so I had to try it out I ordered the wacky box and it was amazing chicken was lovely the lamb chops was so tender and the rice was cooked to perfection highly recommended the lads there were so professional and generous with there portions all I got to say is try it out for yourself you won’t be disappointed.

Last week, my family and I traveled to Leeds for a business meeting, and we decided to explore the city afterward. As it was my first time in Leeds, we were on the lookout for a desi restaurant, and that's when we came across Mr. Shapatar. The name immediately caught our attention, as it's a popular slang word from the streets of Karachi, where we are from. Curious about the connection, we decided to give it a try. To our delight, it was their opening day, and they were offering a 50% discount. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and the ambiance was perfect. We were thrilled to find Karachi’s authentic Aloo Biryani on the menu, which reminded me of the famous Burns Road Biryani. The Nihari was also spot on, just like the traditional Karachi Nihari. We ordered Biryani, Nihari, and Haleem, although there were many other options, we couldn't resist the authentic Karachi dishes. The freshly made naan served alongside the dishes added to the experience. I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Mr. Nabeil, a very down-to-earth person and a chartered accountant by profession. It was wonderful to chat with him and learn about his vision for the restaurant. Overall, it was an excellent dining experience, and I highly recommend Mr. Shapatar to anyone visiting Leeds. If you're craving authentic Karachi food, this place is a must-try!

Greeted by a friendly manager, whilst we were ordering, they brought a complimentary poppadom tray. The shop was clean and tidy. Ordered the chicken karahi, lamb karahi, and the chef's special chicken biryani. The food was cooked to perfection 👌 a good balance of spice in the karahis, I especially enjoyed the chicken karahi, made to medium/apna style spice as requested. Will definitely come again 🙂

Chicken Wings (Sweet and Spicy) Sindhi Biryani Mutton Nihari Haleem Upon entering the restaurant, we were greeted with a warm and friendly welcome, accompanied by the tantalising aroma of authentic spices wafting through the air. The ambience instantly transported us to the bustling streets of Pakistan, setting the stage for an exceptional dining experience. For starters, we indulged in the Sweet and Spicy Chicken Wings. Cooked to absolute perfection, they were beautifully tender and practically melted in the mouth. The balance of sweetness and spice was spot on, leaving us wanting more. Next came the Sindhi Biryani, one of the restaurant's signature dishes. The flavour profile was nothing short of incredible – rich, aromatic, and perfectly spiced. Each mouthful was a burst of authentic taste, so much so that it felt as though we were dining in Karachi rather than Leeds. Following that, we sampled the Haleem, which was nothing short of spectacular. The texture was smooth and hearty, and the flavours were robust and deeply satisfying. It’s easily one of the best versions of Haleem I’ve ever had outside of Pakistan – a true delight for the taste buds. Finally, we were served the Mutton Nihari. The meat was tender beyond words, practically disintegrating with each bite, while the luscious gravy was a symphony of spices that filled the mouth with warmth and flavour. It instantly transported me back to my last visit to Karachi, evoking fond memories of traditional dining experiences there. Each dish exceeded expectations, and the authenticity of the flavours was a testament to the skill and dedication of the chefs. A must-visit for anyone craving a genuine taste of Pakistan!

This was our first visit to La Katangaise and we absolutely lovely it. We already can’t wait to go back. We would highly recommend the grilled goat, goat stew and the jollof rice. The staff and other customers were really friendly and welcoming and the restaurant was lovely and clean and also nicely decorated. Thank you so much!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently dined at La Katangaise Cuisine , and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The ambiance is elegant yet welcoming, creating the perfect setting for any occasion. Service: The staff were attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. They made sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. Food: The menu offers a diverse range of Congolese dishes, and everything we tried was beautifully presented and delicious. The Ntaba(Goat meat) was a standout, bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. Drinks: The tangawisi (Ginger Juice)was particularly impressive. Value: For the quality of the food, service, and overall experience, the prices are very reasonable. Overall, La Katangaise Cuisine exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a Congolese(Africain) dining experience in Leeds. I can't wait to return!

Friendly service and giant portions. We were looking for a nice, quiet brunch with good food, and that's exactly what we got. Husband and I both got the Turkish breakfast with lattes, and were incredibly full by the end. (Kept us full to dinner!) We will definitely be back!

A friend of mine who is Ethiopian told me about the fresh coffee they sell here as I’ve got a bean to cup coffee machine was sick of buying stale coffee beans from certain shops so I went in see what coffee they had the lady on the till showed me what coffee they had to offer and was proud to tell me the coffee was only roasted a couple of days ago and roast it in the shop. Took it home and used it in my machine and it tastes amazing I’ll definitely be coming here again. Also the food they serve smelt amazing too when I walked in 100% recommend

Matt was recommended to us by our neighbour. He has been punctual and polite. The work he has undertaken has been carried out with minimal disruption and finished neatly with good quality products. All required certification has been provided promptly and submitted to the relevant bodies on our behalf. He’s a pleasant chap and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him myself or to call on him again should the need arise.

Matt replaced our consumer unit in December and completed a full electrical safety certificate on the property. This identified a number of issues with a recent kitchen installation which he managed to resolve despite a busy schedule. Beautiful coffee! I also had a breakfast dish (I don't know what it was called) which was a type of bean stew, with chopped red onions, tomatoes, boiled eggs and chillies - it was very delicious with a nice spicy kick - I wish I'd taken a photo of it but I ate it too quickly as it was so tasty. Friendly service and excellent value for money - great to find such a lovely cafe in my local area.

This cafe is unique! A great range of food items on the menu and some lovely coffees and pastries. The place itself has such a small fantastic atmosphere. I had Frittata and lovely herbal tea. my dining partner had full beans and a Latte high standard of food, at a very reasonable price. Really great options for both vegans and non-vegans. On another day I had an Italian pasta for lunch The staff were friendly and welcoming, service was fast and efficient despite it being busy. Based on this experience I would totally recommend you visit!!!
