we have had the best experience working with CWA throughout the preparations of our wedding. They have always been quick to respond. On the day itself, both Carla and Chelsea were absolutely brilliant. They took such care and patience in ensuring every smallest detail of our wedding had films and shots of. They were also extremely professional yet exude joy to be around. When weddings are long and busy, it can be rather stressful but they made it comfortable for everyone. I was worried they would be impatient or tired towards the end but they made us feel special through even after their times were up, and kept smiling and congratulating us. It is that small touch that made it so much more special. Photos and films were done to such perfection. We are still struggling to decide which to print! All in all, an absolute pleasure to work with CWA taking on one of the most important roles of our wedding. We can’t thank you enough.

We cannot recommend The Creative Wedding Agency highly enough! Our wedding video is exactly what we imagined. We were very passionate about having drone footage at our venue and this was taken at such a high quality and is breathtaking to watch. The team were very helpful every step of the way and always there for any queries. On the day, it was extremely chilled and you can tell how at ease people felt having their video taken as it was so relaxed. A great company to use!

Mr Flavour recently managed and delivered my Halloween themed 40th Birthday party. Prior to the event, Ali and his team liaised with the venue to ensure everyone knew what they were doing to pull off an epic event. Everything was seamlessly organised and flawlessly delivered. From the moment we arrived, the courtyard and bar were set so professionally and truly transformed the venue, it looked like a Halloween movie set. The bar staff and actors set a perfectly eerie tone. The reception was a hit giving everyone the chance to mix and mingle over incredible cocktails that were as tasty as they were theatrical. The barn was set up with an incredible cocktail 'blood' fountain keeping everyone perfectly hydrated, though we were never left wanting with spooky cocktails and shots circulating all night long. The band were phenomenal and had everyone up and dancing all night long. I can't thank the Mr Flavour team enough for delivering the most memorable night of my life!

Excellent experience from start to finish Paul was great and helped with ideas for cocktails and mocktails. All the guests complimented on the perfect balance for the wedding. To top it all off the bar and display looked stunning. Very professional set up! The whole team were there throughout the day asking if we needed anything. Definitely made the day special!

Emma and her team were great to work with. They understood our aesthetics and vision for the wedding, and worked with us to bring them to life. She accommodated our requests and researched alternatives where she didn’t have an item at hand to ensure we wouldn’t compromise on anything. Recommended by my Aunty who used Ex Pose for my Uncle‘s 50th, I also used them for my 30th birthday and was so impressed with the personalised service. The designs were bespoke to match what I had described and the colour scheme of my venue. I didn’t have to worry or be involved, Ex Pose worked with my venue and when I turned up on the night I had the most spectacular feature! Emma was super friendly, and understanding - can’t wait to have another excuse to get in touch with them again!

We used Pure Elegance Events after Donna, Amanda and the team were recommended to us. After sneaking away to get married we wanted to celebrate with fifty of our close friends and family. We maybe thought this would be too small for Pure Elegance however, this was never the case. I feel like we were treated the same as anyone having a huge wedding with an large budget. From the very first meeting with Donna she was friendly and profession. We felt like we had known her a long time. As we were only having a meal we hadn't really thought too much about what we wanted and didn't want anything extravegant. Donna took the few ideas we had and built on it. We don't feel like we asked for a lot of stuff or went all out, however, the room looked amazing. The attention to detail was flawless. Due to circumstances beyond our control there was a very last minute change of venue whilst we were out of the country. If it wasn't for Donna & the extended brilliant team, we can honestly say we wouldn't have had a new venue. We are fully aware they didn't need to go above and beyond to find us somewhere new but they did. Even though this actually wasn't what we were paying them for. This shows their very high level of customer service. You can trust them whole heartedly to do the right thing for their customers and you aren't just another booking. Donna and team were absolutely wonderful and very professional from start to finish. We chose to have artificial bouquets and were very happy with the effect. We went with a rustic theme and the individually designed tablescapes were just gorgeous. We had lots of compliments and we can wait to see the professional pics of the day. A special thank you to Megan who knitted us a special mushroom for our top table tablescape. Very sweet and we will treasure it always.

Where to start..... I can not ever thank Helen enough for giving us the most magical day of our lives and the wedding of our absolute DREAMS last September. When I first came across Helen back in 2019, I knew instantly from looking at her beautiful website and following our initial consultation that Helen was exactly the person I wanted and needed to have planning our wedding with us; I never needed to consider any other planners, I knew straight away that Helen and her team were going to be the ones for us. Initially, my (now) Husband was against the idea of spending money on a wedding planner however with heavy work schedules and dreams of a luxurious wedding but not knowing a thing about the industry, there was no doubt that it was a battle he was not going to win; he will be the first person now to say it was the BEST decision we made in the whole of the planning process. Having Helen on board paid even more dividends when COVID hit and we were faced with two postponements; Helen took so much stress away from us during that time, showed us so much care and I have no doubts that Helens reputation and highly respected position in the wedding industry meant that we were luckily able to move the wedding date on both occasions with minimal financial impact. Helen is not only the ultimate professional, she is just the most wonderful person and I will be forever grateful that we were able to share such a special time with her and have her support for every step of the way. Booked asiana in August last year, I hired them for photography/ cinematography as well as my Mendhi stage and house lights, everything has come out perfectly!! The stage, video and photos are exactly as I imaged. I got the video and photos really fast! The photo book especially is something I would point out as not many other companies provide this, having something physical with all our favourite photos is amazing to have as a keepsake. Everyone in my family is in awe of Asianas work. I will definitely recommend to anyone getting married soon In’Sha’Allah.

From our very first meeting we knew that Tor was the person to plan our wedding with us. She had the best personality, was easy to get on with and she was obviously very knowledgeable in her field which filled us both with confidence. Myself and Dave are very busy people, and got especially busy as we were planning our wedding. Tor was there day and night, no matter what time I messaged her with a query or idea she was on the ball so fast. Tor also recommended the best suppliers. One of them being Gemma from Rock and Wreath, our flowers were absolutely unreal and I felt confident giving Gemma complete freedom and creative license with her designs. I had an idea of maybe having a live sketch artist but after searching and searching I couldn’t find the right person. Tor absolutely pulled it out the bag and found the amazing little Beth Illustrations. We would have never had such special wedding favors if it wasn’t for Tor finding Beth. Tor also found the beautiful Bethan Steers for my hair, and the amazing Beth Kennet for our wedding videography! These two women were an absolute joy of energy to have around on the day, but every single person involved was. So I’m so grateful to Tor for finding all of these wonderful suppliers because they were truly out of this world, every single one of them. On the day of the wedding Tor was never not by my side, anything I needed she was there 100 percent and really had my back no matter how big or small, from making sure I had coffee when I was tired, to emergency steaming my wedding dress. We hired Tor to help with our wedding in July and really cannot thank or recommend her enough. Our wedding was held at our family farm, and whilst this seemed like a great idea, we also had so many possibilities of things going wrong on the day. As soon as we had Tor’s input into the wedding, she gave us every bit of confidence that the day would run as beautifully as it did. From the week leading up to the wedding, all of our suppliers couldn’t believe how relaxed I was and this was definitely thanks to Tor. Tor was there at all hours to answer any questions, help me make decisions, and make suggestions that I definitely wouldn’t have thought of (without being annoying ha!). On the day of the wedding I was able to have such a lovely morning with the bridal party, and throughout the day knew everything was being taken care of which resulted in being able to actually enjoy our wedding day without any stress (which a lot of couples don’t get to do). Tor is such a lovely person and so easy to get on with, even if it wasn’t wedding chat we would still have a laugh.. we had so many comments from guests about how incredible our wedding was, how smooth the day went, and how fab Tor was behind the scenes. We have said from the start, hiring Tor was the best decision we made…we are also convinced she could plan a wedding on Mount Everest and it run smoothly. We hired Victoria for the wedding day management for our wedding, and I can't say enough positive words. Even from the start during our intro call, to coordinating with vendors, to the final day wedding celebration, she exceeded our expectations. I was hesitant to hire someone for the day of coordination because I am a planner myself, but Victoria checked every box and she allowed me to unplug and really enjoy the day with my family and friends. Highly recommend her because of her organization skills, professionalism, and how pleasant she was to work with!

As a wedding videographer, I wish every wedding I captured had a Victoria! Having someone like Victoria to go to with questions and check ins made the day run so much smoother than I’m used to! Victoria is the kind of person that is so on it as well and thinks of every little detail but is so creative and flexible in how she works to help and assist with whatever you need throughout the day.
