We cannot say enough how amazing Emma was to have coordinating our wedding day. We found her through another supplier and when we had our initial consultation it was like we’d known her forever. What a gorgeous human!
There were a few issues on the day and they were handled perfectly without guests knowing. So many of our guests also asked who the lovely lady was wandering around checking things were okay. Emma was like a little pixie flitting around making sure the day was as planned and even appearing with drinks etc when I didn’t even know I needed it! If you’re on the fence about hiring her, don’t hesitate as she is like an old friend who wants your day to be as special as you deserve.

I would highly recommend Emma for planning and coordination. We worked with Emma to assist with planning 6 weeks before our wedding and on the day coordination. Emma was so happy, friendly, supportive and made everything feel so calm and stress free. We felt in safe hands throughout the whole process knowing Emma had everything under control. Em was the perfect person to have as your on the day wedding coordinator. She is calm, organised, creative and a genuinely lovely person. She came to our venue 2 days before the wedding for me to give her a handover of the timeline and all the the little details we needed someone to take control of on the day. She collaborated with our caterers and all vendors on the day to make sure everything ran smoothly. She thinks of things you’ll forget, like helping us pick a song to walk out to, lighting candles, reminding groomsmen of timings and making sure food will be timed well with speeches. She also took some lovely photos and videos for us which were amazing to look at the next day. She was fun to have around and made us even more excited about our wedding day, yet somehow also went about in a quiet ‘in the background’ way so it just seemed like everything was seamless. Emma coordinated our wedding in April & I owe her far more thank yous then I can express in one review but it’s worth a try!

We had a DIY wedding - which whilst amazing - meant we had to organise every vendor (down to the glassware). I thought having Emma there meant that as I noticed things on the day I could let her know and she’d be able to sort them so we weren’t rushing around.

But after 1 quick run through she had absolutely everything nailed.

On the day, every time I looked around - thinking about things I was going to ask to be done - she had already done it. I don’t even remember asking for half of them.

Emma also fit in so seamlessly with our guests. Even my mum thought she was just the most incredibly helpful friend to begin with.

After so much planning I was slightly worried we would be too busy on the day to actually enjoy the wedding but booking Emma was the best decision we made! As soon as I saw how she worked I didn’t feel stressed at all and we had the absolute best time!

If you are thinking of booking Emma, absolutely go for it - she will blow you away with how incredible she it!

Getting Emma to be our Wedding Day Coordinator was the best decision we made. From day 1 we were confident we made the right decision and that never changed. We knew our wedding day was in safe hands. We were able to relax and enjoy our day - as she was on top of everything from the start. Emma is really friendly and approachable, so it felt like she was more of a friend at the wedding. She also surprised us by putting together a lovely video of the day we will greatly appreciated.
