From the day that we first communicated with Five Rivers, we received exceptional customer service throughout. The booking process was seamless and communication was always quick and professional.

We then had our taste testing session, which was a whole experience in itself. We were able to note any adjustments to each individual dish and five rivers catered for a nut allergy brilliantly, handling the situation with the utmost care.

Ravi dealt with my endless communication really well, and seamlessly made last minute changes to the menu.

On the day, Ravi went above and beyond to make our day extra special, to the point of delivering breakfast to my room, ahead of the ceremony. He continued to be very attentive to us, as the bride and groom, ensuring that we were comfortable and well fed throughout. The five rivers team were amazing at making sure we were able to enjoy our day stress free. I could not be more grateful.

Five Rivers catered our wedding at Sandon Hall on July 15th 2023 and they were everything and more that you could want in a wedding caterer. Their service and execution was absolutely flawless from start to finish. The planning process was brilliant, Hemma, Ravi and the team were so accommodating and helpful on the phone and over email, making the planning a lot easier. We had a fantastic day tasting our menu with our family, at their lovely restaurant in Walsall ahead of the wedding, so we could make any tweaks. Then on our wedding day, Ravi and their team were looking after us all and they honestly couldn’t have done more for us or all our guests. People mentioned it was the best wedding food they had ever had! All the courses from the Canapés to the wedding breakfast were perfectly executed, very hot and with generous servings. Ravi also saved mine and my husbands desserts while we were outside having photos which was a thoughtful thought. We are so pleased we chose Five Rivers Catering for our wedding, as part of their partnership with Manor by the Lake. From the initial tasting to the big day, they truly exceeded our expectations and played an essential role in making our celebration unforgettable.

For our wedding, Five Rivers catered both a Gujarati buffet lunch and a Punjabi-style four-course reception (both fully vegetarian), and both meals went down an absolute treat. All our guests were raving about the food – it was a highlight of the day! After our food tasting, we were initially a little concerned about whether the Gujarati cuisine would meet our expectations. However, we were delighted to see that they took our feedback onboard and the final dishes were perfectly reflective of our tasting notes. The flavours were spot on, and every dish was authentic, fresh, and delicious.
