Wow what can I say….. Jess isn’t just a business owner she’s a very special human she was made for doing what she does. I’ve never been made to feel so comfortable and special there was absolutely no pressure from Jess but once I’d found my perfect dress she went above and beyond for me. My whole experience at Gracie Bleu has been amazing. I first drove past and spotted the colours in the window, I knew I had to have a look. I wasn't looking for the traditional white dress as I'm in my 50s and wanted something totally different. At 58 years old and second time around, I felt a little awkward taking my mum to look at wedding dresses but Jess was absolutely fabulous from the minute we walked through the door :-) So many gorgeous dresses to choose from, I was spoilt for choice until I spotted my dream dress on the mannequin. Jess made me feel very special and despite setting out 'just to have a look' I bought the one and only dress I tried on the same day. Couple of months before the wedding, mum and I went back to meet Donna, another lovely lady who did an amazing job of shortening the dress and again making me feel a million dollars. Even though I had looked at dresses before and had chosen one, Jess was fantastic and made me feel very comfortable, we found a dress that was much more suited to my style and ideal dress. From the first contact back in October 2023 where I came in for the appointment with a list of dresses to try on right the way through to collecting my dress 2 days before the big day, you have been amazing. I can’t thank you enough for being so accommodating to the multiple dress try ons between buying it at my first appointment through to first fitting.
