Brilliant vets, so caring. Unfortunately my baby girl was put to sleep here. The vet was absolutely fantastic. He took his time and explained every step to me. It was really calming in such a terrible situation. I have nothing but respect for all that work here. I really cant thank them enough. Thankyou

I have only recently moved house, and one of my cats was involved in a cat fight, probably because of him being new kid on the block! At first, it looked like just his eye was an issue and I was given antibiotic eyedrops to use with him and it cleared up well. But three days later, it was obvious that he was extremely poorly, lying under the bed and not eating or drinking, and I really thought I might lose him. I took him back to the vet and a lovely lady saw him and very quickly found a big abscess on his back leg probably from a bite. She immediately gave him an antibiotic and an anti-inflammatory injection and gave me lots of advice . He began to perk up that evening and by the next day he was so much better, which was a massive relief. I’m really pleased to have found this practice now that I have moved, and I recommend it to everyone, not only for the vets, but also for all the other staff who are very friendly and helpful.

I have unfortunately had to use the vets recently for a planned operation on my westie as well as a post surgery injury. I can honestly say that all the staff at the Solihull branch are second to none. They all show compassion, empathy, are extremely professional. They explained each part of the process and tried to eliminate any worries that we had.Thank you very much for caring for Ralph x

I have taken my dog here for the past 3 years since moving here. They reception is always so nice and they really care for the animals. I needed a health certificate to move to Germany and they were very patient when I had to reschedule due to visa issues. Dr. Josh has been a great vet and I highly recommend Vets4pets Solihull!
