Can genuinely say that Blacks vets were outstanding. My first time using them as an emergency, and from the lovely receptionist,to the fantastic vet i would recommend without hesitation, (already recommended to family and friends) All the staff genuinely care, and listen. Friendly, professional and very good prices. Faultless, and having used many vets over the past 30 years in the area (owned rescue cats years ago) these were by far the best practice i have ever used ❤️
I simply can’t recommend them enough. Narla need out of hours care calls answered with compassion by well informed staff. Big shout out to Tracey you are amazing. I have worthy to note been with the practice 2 years rarely leave reviews this is worth a 5 star review.
All staff friendly and helpful.Mitzy was really cared for could not fault the practice as it was an emergency consultation. The vet and nurse were so kind and caring to Mitzy. Certainly recommend the practice.
