Finally, a decent veterinary practise reachable from Aldridge. Tidy, large reception with an area sectioned off for cats. Great parking too. I was happy with the care and attention the vet had with my injured Moggy. I’ll be using this one if I need to in the future.

I did want to write this review sooner but I struggled due to the loss of my dog Rubble, I had the worse day ever with my dog being put to sleep which really broke my heart. Id just like to say a massive thankyou to all of the staff at Warren House for there support with me whilst going through such a horrendous time with my boy. They was so nice and friendly when ever I called up or popped back in, it's nice to have people around you at a tragic time

Great vet practice. Friendly and empathetic. Treat animals as if their own. They have time for questions. I recently moved from another practice as I was no longer confident. Lodge veterinary centre ticks all my required boxes.

My 1st visit was very traumatic as my beautiful old cat became sick and I had to put her down. I found the staff very supportive from the cleaner to receptionist, nurse and vets. They were very empathetic and caring considering I was a balling mess. The vet explained everything in an empathic way and gave me the time I needed to put her down. Staff also allowed me to go through the back exit to avoid people in my hour of duress.

We had to take our 50kg boy to the team today as an emergency, losing blood and he was terrified. We can honestly say the whole team from start to finish were incredible, so patient with him and very informative. Happy to have such a great vet. Thank you all so much for making an extremely stressful experience so much more comfortable x

Couldn’t recommend this vets enough. Always greeted with friendly staff who give a high quality of care to our dog whenever we visit. I always feel so at ease as I know our dog is in safe hands, she now loves going to the vets and all the attention she gets from all the staff!

We have been coming to this practice for over 20 years and have never been disappointed. Everything is always explained and you can ask as many questions as you like. Over the years we have lost our family pets and i love the fact that we recieve sympathy cards from the surgery.

i came here with a litter of puppies. theyre friendly, polite and non-judgemental. i will definitely be bringing all my animals here.. i wont step foot in another vets after visiting these guys.. thank you soo much. x

easy to book appointments online, you know even which vet will see your pet, friendly staff and didn't push to buy products they recommend which is always a breath of fresh air

I honestly love the staff here! They're so welcoming for animals and their people 😅. My frenchie runs in the door, no fear at all. He loves the fuss he gets from all the ladies. I also have two cats who are registered here, and they are always looked after amazingly! The consultants are so helpful, they understand that times are difficult and take it into consideration when giving you treatment options. My boy had a terrible ear infection recently, and I was really relieved when I received the bill!!! Absolutely fab! Highly recommend Scott Vets.

Have been using Scott Arms Vets for over 10 years now and have always found both the staff and vets professional and caring. They take excellent care of my 3 Pugs who are all adopted. I trust them explicitly and the vet is always caring and explains everything including future treatments and costs.

I've been going here for many years with various cats and have always been more than happy with their friendly attitude and professional expertise. Took my little cat in today as she wasn't well and Marcus quickly found an abscess that we hadn't seen even though we had been checking her. Had jabs and by the time we got her home she was looking for food. Great outcome.

Really friendly and professional. It take my dog a little bit of time to get used to new people but straight away he felt comfortable with all staff members he encountered. We've now been a couple of times and every time they've been helpful, calm, friendly and answered any and all questions.

Amazing service from everybody! Took my little Diego in today and all of the nurses and vets were so welcoming, professional and kind at the same time. I felt really reassured as It was just so obvious that all staff really knew what they were doing. We had a really lovely nurse who really took her time explaining aftercare and took time in answering all my questions. We also really appreciated the get well soon card it was a lovely touch. My first visit to White Cross with my 17 year old dog and I have to say I was so impressed!! The vet we saw was so lovely and made the experience stress free. He took the time to fuss and reassure my dog who can be very nervous. He explained everything thoroughly and was very caring. I have signed up to their Wellness Plan which is very good value . I would definitely recommend this vets practice. !!

Brilliant practice and you can tell that all of the staff love animals and genuinely want to help. Monthly wellbeing service has been great value and has given me some much needed reassurance also. Highly recommend.

When I had to have my cat Lucky put to sleep the staff were amazing. They showed us empathy and compassion and it was handled in a very dignified manner. It was the little touches like letting me holding her as she went and the fur clippings and paw and nose prints that added to the meaningfullness. They made a very traumatic time, easier than I'd of imagined. I have another cat, Roamie who is looked after by them and that won't be changing! Thank you, to you all !

Just like to give a big thank you to all the staff who were working on the 30th March 2024. I had to book an appointment to have my boy put to sleep as he was very ill. I could hardly talk when I phoned, the receptionist was so patient with me and got me in as soon as possible. The lady that dealt with us, I didn't get her name, I was a bit oblivious to what was going on to be honest. She was so kind, helping in anyway, she even said she'd wait for my son and daughter as they wanted to be there. I've never lost a pet in this way before, so it was a new experience for me. I was just glad we had these guys to support us. Rip Lui 2014-2024

Our elderly cavalier has a heart murmur and we might have needed a scan (expensive). We had agreed to the cost but Vet Steve said she is not bad enough to need it yet and charged us NOTHING. What great ethics and care. Thank you so very much. We changed from a vet owned by VC’s to Ashfield and have not regretted it for a single moment. Wonderful animal people

Our cat Lucy had become very ill She has always been looked after by the lodge vets. They treated her for repeated tummy problems over the last couple of years but the time had come to put her to sleep.They couln't have been kinder to Lucy and us. She passed away very peacefully. Well done to the veterinary team.They are a credit to the practice. Highly recommended.
