The veterinarian is very gentle and soothes the puppy with a soft voice during the examination, using patient and warm hands to check its condition. She pays attention to every subtle reaction of the puppy, ensuring it doesn’t feel scared or uncomfortable. Really good👍🏻
After a bit of a dip a few years back, they got much better. Feel my cat is in good hands with them and they don't try to upsell treatments that are not needed. I'm happy even if my cat has the grump with me :-)
